We had such a wonderful experience at Swiss Chalet thanks to our amazing server, Pinelopi! From the moment we were seated, she made us feel so welcome and taken care of. She was friendly, attentive and genuinely went above and beyond to make our meal enjoyable. It’s rare to find someone who balances professionalism with such warmth and personality, but Pinelopi did! We will be coming back again for her wonderful service! Happy Thanksgiving!🦃😁

If I could give zero review I would ! I went to swiss chalet with my family, it was a terrible, terrible experience. The moment we walked into the restaurant it was very hot, they did not have any AC on. We had to ask them to turn it on. We ordered several quarter and half chicken dinner meals, the portions were very small, and the quality of food was not it. When we spoke to the manager “Penny”, she was very rude, argumentative and did not resolve or accommodate any of our customer concerns. I am extremely disappointed, and will not be returning. I do not recommend.

Went to the Birchmount Rd & Lawrence Ave location today (Oct 5/25) with my parents, aunt and cousins (table of 6) and we had a great experience with Sukh as our server!! He was very friendly, attentive and helpful in recommending special deals that were applicable to what we were ordering. He even brought coupons for us for next time. We are from out of town (Port Hope and Courtice) and it was our first time visiting this location. Sukh has a great smile too and was very pleasant, which was quite refreshing since that is not always the case these days in other restaurants. He also mentioned he was just filling in for the first time at this location and normally works at the one on Morningside Ave, so getting his bearings with the kitchen and table areas was all new to him too. We feel he did a great job today and deserves to be recognized by management.

So we all know how expensive Swiss chalet can get, this is what I received tonight for my order. I'm so disappointed I spent a lot of money for two orders , I got a quarter chicken dinner and the bun was bigger than my chicken I couldn't believe it when I opened up the box I have a picture...
