Went in to get take out and left with nothing my mother 69 years old was asking the cashier a question regarding a special that they had she did not understand the question so I stepped in and asked it in a way for her to understand she said they r not aloud to do that but she would asks her manager now waiting for the the manager to come I hear the manager asking her rudely who who is asking this she comes to the front and my mom was trying to asks her question the manager wasn't even letting my mother speak or asks her question she just keep saying very rudely no we don't do that me now annoyed that she's being so rude to my mom and rudely cutting her off I stepped in and told the manager she does not need to be so rude and why is she cutting my mother off she then went on to cut me off as I'm trying to actually order a poutine for my 10 year old daughter I told the manager she did not need to be so rude and cut people off as they r trying to talk and order something I got nothing but ignorance and attitude out of her I ended up not ordering any food and going over to a&w across the parking lot and got my daughter her poutine well leaving swiss chalet I let the manager know I'd be making a complaint about her she said good and followed us out the door and she's a manager??? I will never go back to this swiss chalet again if their managers r so rude and ignorant and unprofessional to be treating paying customers like that and 69 year old woman at that very disgusting

The girl at the take out is really rude and she made me wait there for half an hour someone from the kitchen came out and asked if I meet anything I told him I placed my order for take out the bag was sitting in the kitchen part of the store and she’s sitting in the kitchen on the phone the whole time

Chicken rolls were very dry. The chicken was disgustingly unpleasant to eat no taste burnt. It’s not the Swiss chalet I’m used to the sauce. way too thick and way overpriced. Definitely will be back again. Service was bad had to wait half hour for my water I fort to say that they gave me glazed chicken which I didn’t as for

Went in for pick up and got one of the worst 1/4 chicken meals ever. The chicken wasn't coocked well and the fries were stale and dry. All was expensive. Not worth visiting this location, it's a 50/ 50 whether you'll get a descent meal.

Tatiana and her associates provided *World Class Customer Experience and Service* They attended to everyone's asks and requests from the adults and to the 3 kids. The food was fresh and delicious. To the Manager/Owner of this Swiss Chalet location, kindly pass on a Christmas miracle of appreciation and acknowledgement to Tatiana and all who worked tonight, as I even observed other tables were provided with the same great service. Food is very tasty. Always served hot. My only complaint (and it's a big one) is the the amount of fries you get when you order. It's a very small portion compared to other swisschalet locations. Management is very cheap and skimming on the potatoes to make a quick buck. Not a very wise decision. I wonder who the manager is here and why they are allowed to tarnish the swisschalet name ?
