Visited this location for the first time ever for a birthday party and wow.... Tatiana and her associates provided *World Class Customer Experience and Service* They attended to everyone's asks and requests from the adults and to the 3 kids. The food was fresh and delicious. To the Manager/Owner of this Swiss Chalet location, kindly pass on a Christmas miracle of appreciation and acknowledgement to Tatiana and all who worked tonight, as I even observed other tables were provided...
Food is very tasty. Always served hot. My only complaint (and it's a big one) is the the amount of fries you get when you order. It's a very small portion compared to other swisschalet locations. Management is very cheap and skimming on the potatoes to make a quick buck. Not a very wise decision. I wonder who the manager is here and why they are allowed to tarnish the swisschalet name ?
It is a nice place,i gave a 4 because of the potatoes,i have tried in other swiss chalets and they are soft and tasty but this restaurant i know they can do it better since the rest of the food was good .
I have to say that the service is fast and if you combine it with the great customer service skills of our waitress Naufil i could say it was outstanding.He is friendly,fast,he knows well the menu and can help you choose according to your needs.He is a wonderful addition...
