The cooks at this Swiss Chalet need re training. They consistently put out under cooked and under flavored chicken and ribs. This store is the store I get when I order for delivery. The food is always terrible. I actually found a cigarette but in one of abox of the French fries I ordered in a family pack. Head office needs to get involved with this store. Quality control needs to be addressed. I would tell customers of Swiss Chalet to avoid this store and try Kingston rd and Lawrence or Scarborough Town Centre. I say to the corporate side of Swiss Chalet. This store is ruining your brand name. FIX IT.

Unfortunately didn't have a good experience. First my chicken spring roll appetizer had a bone in it. They apologize for which I thank them but then another bone in my chicken wrap all they offered was dessert. Which at that point I lost my appetite and didn't want nothing else. Then the service was so slow they were only focusing on the new people coming in instead of dealing with the ones that were seated prior.They honestly could have done better. If I could it would be no stars for all

Very bad service! Understand that it is Christmas Eve but attendant had me waiting on food that was ready. Didn’t even try to compensate us with complimentary chocolate. Would give a zero star if given the choice. Swiss Chalet, turn off online orders during holidays or ensure that you have enough staff to handle the influx. Do better!
