Terrible experience as soon as I walked through the door, waited about 10 mins, until a server came out who looked overwhelmed. All the booths were dirty, my husband asked if we can get a booth, and she proceeded to say if there is none clean you can sit yourself at a table. I, myself is in the industry and that’s not how we communicate with customers first and foremost, she should had said, it’s a little busy can you please wait while we clean a table for you. There was no host in sight either. Terrible just terrible … we left and went somewhere else.

Very pleasant experience at the Swiss Chalet located at 2990 Eglinton Ave E, Scarborough. Diana was amazing! Friendly and fast service.
Overall even though the place was short staffed we were served very well Kristijana. She was very sweet and patient. We could tell she was very over worked. 5 out of 5 for her service. To the owner- I would recommend hiring more staff so u don’t burn out the few stellar staff that u have here.

Diana did a great job serving us, the food came in perfect timing from itself (appetizers and main were well spaced apart), she was friendly and checked in with us regularly. Watching her go between her tables was like watching the avatar for the old computer game Diner Dash when you know you will succeed the top levels (in the best way possible)!
