Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had in my life hands down. It’s fast food and not the greatest to begin with. Then they took so long it was not even hot anymore, and the bread on my taco literally tastes stale. I’ve never had stale bread from Taco Bell before, but it’s gross. oh AND none of the staff are wearing hair nets or beard nets. I don’t want hair in my food. It’s just gross practice all around so I can’t be too shocked that my food was stale. Last time i came here they gave me cold cheese… like the liquid cheese that is supposed to be piping hot; was cold to the touch. It took me 20 minutes to get them to give me new cheese that was actually hot. Assuming they pre-pumped it out so they didn’t have to do it individually everytime someone ordered.

I ordered a veggie bowl, and I was quite surprised to see the staff member handling both non-vegetarian items and the vegetables/fries with the same pair of gloves. This raised serious concerns about cross-contamination. It was uncomfortable to watch, and unfortunately, I felt I had no choice but to discard the food. I wanted to bring this to your attention as it really affected my experience.

Going through the drive through at the location you can barely understand what they are saying. They make you drive up always and wait because they say they have a timer 🙄 and then we got like 8 fries in the combo! Considering I had to wait in a parking spot for a combo you would think they can at the very least give a full pick of fries!

It’s worse than I thought. Me and my friend went at this outlet and ordered chicken strips and nachos and fries as one of us is vegetarian and their menu says that nacho and fries is vegetarian and certified vegetarian by American Vegetarian association. When I asked the employ , if they are using different oils to fry vegetarian dish and non vegetarian dishes or not. They said that they are using the same oil which violates every rule of a food outlet. When I asked why they do this, he said that it is what it is. Eat if you want to eat. Rude behaviour + toxic environment with zero ethics. These guys are serving food by promoting false information on their menus.

Customer service is zero ! They don’t even put ketchup in meal. They don’t even help customers to choose perfect meals. If staff are too tired to work then they should not work beyond their capacity, and manager should know that they are taking orders without even greeting or smile. As a customer we know that we want to order, but it’s your responsibility as well to Treat the customers in good manner.

Taco bell has been sliding in the past few years. I have gone 2 times recently and the portions were proper, the service was pleasant. Drive through line is usually very long and it takes time to get your order. Next time I will walk in.
I bought one of their value boxes or whatever they're called and it gave me VIOLENT food poisoning. I've been afraid to go back ever since.

the staff are clam when dealing with irate customers. I applaud the cashier she has a very challenging customer prior to me and she just finished the transaction and looked up and smiled and took the next person. I for get her name but well done.

The tacos were just hard shells filled with mostly shredded lettuce! Honestly they have cut back on everything so much that they are no longer tacos and they are charging twice as much. The only thing that has any value now is the nacho chips and side of cheese sauce.

I’ve come here for 15 years. Don’t get old. They treated me like garbage and could not be bothered to warm the tortilla. They are there and getting paid!!! I’m 60 and I don’t deserve the 30 seconds it takes to warm the tortillas??? That’s shameful
