Free "Bleu Baja" drink was provided which was watered down in colored water. MASSIVE "fireworks"...takes about an hour before "evacuation" from bowels. Nachos need mo meat and cheeze. Service is meh since they start training more people now. Food is decent and they do give extra sauce and topping for your burger without charge ( looking at you stc) and hey free refill is back!!
Avoid this location..The manager made me pay twice for the same order despite me showing proof of payment on mobile banking claiming they never got payment.The manager would not give me a transaction canceled receipt, would not give me my food and then charged me a higher price ($14.11 then $17.27) the second time to get my food. Order did not display on monitor, but with my food being held back, I paid again.I will never go back here again- and I am still upset over how terrible the service of the manager was.Corporate- please look into this location. Evening December 05th.

Poor customer service. On a Tuesday where they have their deal they decide to put a trainee on the cashier who didn't know much. She tried her best yet she needed help but two ladies who she turned for help didn't seem to be helping her much. Each order she was taking took a long time and the line kept growing soon people started getting impatient.

They appeared to be training a couple of employees so service was a bit slow, but I've never found KFC/Taco Bell to be fast. My order was correct and tasty. Also they dealt with two really difficult customers (including one who actually reached over the counter to tap and employee aggressively on the shoulder to get her attention) with patience and good humour.
