Stopped by with two friends on a Sunday afternoon. Right away, we noticed the dining area could use some attention, most tables had crumbs and leftover food, and the floor had scattered pieces of chicken and other food.
We each ordered individually, and mine was last. Unfortunately, my order was wrong; it was missing two of the seven tacos. I told the counter person, and they quickly made the missing tacos.
A few other things: there were no forks by the drink stand, low straw supplies, and no sauces were available; you had to ask for them.
Positively, the food was good. Everything tasted good, and the fries were a standout surprise. They were extra crispy, which worked well with the fries supreme. Not sure if it was a new fry or a lucky batch, but it was a nice touch.
Before leaving, I ordered for a family member. That order was quick and accurate.
Overall, it was okay, the food was good, and service was responsive, but the dining area needs improvement. I would probably stop by again, hoping for a cleaner dining area next time.
Can this place be ANY slower
Placed an order through the Taco Bell app after waiting almost 45 minutes to get my food, not only was the food cold, but my order was entirely wrong. I spent almost 30 minutes trying to call the store, when I finally got a hold of someone, and explained the issue, rather offer to send the correct order or issue me a refund, I was instead offered to place yet another order on the app and would get my original order along with a few extra items as compensation. No thanks. Will never order from that location ever again.
The customer service hasn't been the way it used to be. Food ordered was okay.
Disappointed ... customers don't like being misinformed. I went through the drive-thru to order meximelts and were told that it was discontinued due to it being a seasonal item. I even asked why was it available online if it was and then ordered something else. I checked and it is still available.
Went online to see that meximelts are still available.

THEY MADE the driver wait 20min , and when he delivered they brought me 4 pieces after I ordered and paid for 12 .
Disgrace i don't like leaving bad reviews but this is really messed up
The pricing on the menu was wrong and they refused to honor it. We waited in line for 20 minutes and then had to wait an additional 40 minutes for the food. They are very slow with horrible customer service. Don't waste your time or your money. The location at Birchmount and Ellesmere is way better!

Do not come here waited 25 minutes to place order then waited another 15 minutes. Terrible then get the order and it was wrong Terrible place
Worst location. So slow. Took me 30 mins to get my food. Employees are busy talking to each other. Worst.
Since renovations this location has gotten worse. Employees laughing and behind on every order being placed. 10 min minimum to place order and a 10-15 min wait time for your food. Definitely Understaffed or very little direction. Waited 30 min for 2 tacos. Avoid this location. If i could give zero stars i would.

How hard is it to put the hot sauce in the bag? this is the third time I have tried to order or go to this location, and every time even after double checking not one hot sauce
I have come almost every day for a week and a half for the grande beef nacho box. I always get extra sour cream and extra cheese sauce. When I come during the day it's made to perfection. For some reason Tuesday and Thursday night of this week it is made wrong and with no effort. Tuesday there was lettuce on it and it doesn't come with lettuce. Then last night there was no extra sour cream or extra cheese sauce and when I complained the cook refused to do anything and made the cashier remake them, putting her behind on helping the line and people were complaining. I find this completely unacceptable and I will be coming in to speak with the manager. Thank you to the cashier, she's a sweet heart and knows my order as soon as I walk in.... But to the chef I'm extremely disappointed and won't be coming at night ever again. The manager should really be quality checking his work.
