So many things changed at this location. Let me start by saying the staff are rude and have no sympathy for the customers.

Two restaurants in one location yet you cannot combine anything together like they used to before. Thats bullshit!
They ran out of taco bell fries but are willing to switch it with KFC fries. Again bullshit.

Place is scrapped from my list. Not visiting again. Very disappointed.
Prices are ridiculous but i cant blame them everything has gone up.

I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by my experience at Taco Bell, 1338 Kennedy Road, Scarborough, ON. On October 30, 2025, I ordered on uber eats (order no. #4EA78) a Crunchy Bean Taco (vegetarian) as part of the Buy 1 Get 1 Free Taco deal. The taco was prepared by an employee named Jamaica. When I received it, after taking a bite it smelled and looked like beef, not beans.

I follow a religion where beef is strictly prohibited and sacred, and while I eat chicken, being served beef instead of a vegetarian taco is a serious violation of my religious beliefs. I called the store multiple times with no answer and then drove to the location. The girl’s name who prepared my order was ‘Jamaica’ and the manager on duty, confirmed that I was indeed served beef, and apologized. I have photos and videos of the staff admitting the mistake.

This is the second time this has happened to me at Taco Bell in 4.5 years ON THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION demonstrating a pattern of negligence, lack of accountability, and disregard for customers’ religious and dietary requirements.

Because of this, I am now pursuing legal action and formal complaints with Consumer Protection Ontario and Taco Bell Corporate. I hope the company takes immediate steps to prevent such incidents, as serving beef to someone who explicitly ordered vegetarian is unacceptable and deeply offensive.

Worst drive thru experience ever! Not even busy, had to park my car and wait. They forgot my drink and made me wait 10 minutes. I just drove off as they never returned!

The food was terrible, and the sides of cinnamon twists we ordered tasted extremely bitter. It didn’t taste the way it should, and everything was stale and overly salty much saltier than I’ve ever experienced at Taco Bell. My family was very disappointed with the taste of everything. We will never be returning to this location again.

I did a mobile order for 2 bean tacos but received 1 beef taco instead. I do not eat meat due to cultural beliefs and now I have eaten beef tacos. Tried calling the store but no response. Amazing!

I have been to many Taco Bell locations, and this is the first time I’ve felt genuinely disappointed multiple times in a row. I placed an order through Uber Eats but received only part of the order, with several items missing and even some items I never ordered.

I attempted calling the restaurant about four times before finally reaching someone on my fifth call. They instructed me to come into the store to resolve the issue. Upon arriving, I spoke with an employee who provided our original order, and then I addressed the issue with the manager. Unfortunately, the manager didn’t offer any apology and instead attempted to blame the Uber driver, even though my name was clearly written on the bag.

After receiving my order, I discovered yet another mistake: the burrito had steak instead of the beef I requested. It turned out to be the saddest Taco Bell burrito I’ve ever eaten. Despite these repeated errors, there was no effort made to compensate for their mistakes. Additionally, when I visited, there were only two customers inside, so being busy wasn’t even a valid excuse.

Apparently this is their “standard 1 scoop of beef portion” in their soft taco beef supreme. 1 scoop of sauce lol. Stingiest location by far.
