Asked for a veggie combo and got a ton of free attitude with it, never knew it's a new thing in TACO BELL'S MENU. Need some basic customer service lessons on how to talk and behave with guests (That Asian lady at the POS especially)

The portion lady gave me for veggie bowl was way less than other locations, The way she was speaking was pathetic. She was an asian lady working on 2nd december 2025, around 8:30 pm. Don’t know if she is tired or what.

Food is as expected from Taco Bell. But when I visited today, their manager (Asian, dark hair, glasses) was treating her staff absolutely horribly. She was constantly berating the staff- I happen to understand the language that she was speaking in, and was completely shocked that she would speak to employees the way she did. She was loudly dropping the ice scooper on the counter, letting things fall to the ground for other employees to pick up after, just causing a ruckus to make it clear she was upset over something. And obviously the attitude was spilling over to how she spoke to the customers as well. I rarely leave reviews, but I feel awful for the people working there and hope something be done about the way that manager treats her staff.

Not good service..Asking small empty containers for kids for ketchup but they refuse and told me it's taco time policy...so rude...not going again this place...as well as food taste is weird....not look fresh...

I always end up at Taco Bell!

I order from this location often and absolutely love it! The staff always follow any requests I have and rarely make mistakes. When I have ordered from other locations, they never do it as good as this location. I will never cheat on this location again haha.

Staff are not friendly and rude, bought fries and it was cold and literally the food was placed at the side no one called my order . The manager and supervisor are rude, racist and attack customers in a regular basis. Taco Bell Canada and the management of STC need to investigate further take action against these 2 employees. I was chased, given cold food and teased. Horrible experience and from the reviews it's a known trait of this branch

extremelyyy stingy with the fire hot sauce, also cashier asked me 3 times if i wanted anything else on the side i said no thank you that is all what do you not understand? when i asked for fire hot sauce the person goes how many i said give me a good amount he says max i can give is 3 i say yeah sure and the manager im assuming behind him goes only give 1. That is ridiculous, i would understand if they were running low but they are always like this any given day especially with the fire hot sauce and at other locations too, always stingy the company needs to figure this out.

Don't ever ever ever try the Chicken quesidialla here ever again. Tasted like vomit. My wife and I both hated it. Had to throw it away. I wouldn't eat it for free. Not at all worth $13.21. Maybe we ordered during closing hours but that doesn't mean the quality of food would be this bad. First and last time at Taco Bell. A big 0 for taste , quality quantity and 0 value for money .

Some new Philipono/Chinese lady was unnecessarily rude on 17th June at 4.45 pm…the way she said pickup on right side was offensive enough, then when I asked for hot sauce she said you should order it online , entire minute of conversation she had angry look on her face , I don’t want my food to be handled with that energy , owners should be more mindful of who they hire , if they don’t like working with customers maybe don’t hire such people

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this restaurant. I simply asked the cashier a question about an item, and instead of answering respectfully, they responded with attitude and sarcasm. When I calmly told them to learn how to be nicer to customers, they mocked me by saying “yeah yeah yeah” in a rude tone and even stuck out their tongue.

Later, when I walked by the restaurant again, they made fun of me and laughed. I honestly don’t understand how a place can hire someone so disrespectful to work with customers.

A cashier should never use bad language or mock a customer. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. I’ll never return, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who expects basic respect and decency

I had an order delivery back in Summer 2024 and the total was $34.18! I ordered enough for one person! The most expensive was $9 for a beefy triple melt burrito! Delicious, but that will be the last time ordering certain items from this place.
