Some new Philipono/Chinese lady was unnecessarily rude on 17th June at 4.45 pm…the way she said pickup on right side was offensive enough, then when I asked for hot sauce she said you should order it online , entire minute of conversation she had angry look on her face , I don’t want my food to be handled with that energy , owners should be more mindful of who they hire , if they don’t like working with customers maybe don’t hire such people

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this restaurant. I simply asked the cashier a question about an item, and instead of answering respectfully, they responded with attitude and sarcasm. When I calmly told them to learn how to be nicer to customers, they mocked me by saying “yeah yeah yeah” in a rude tone and even stuck out their tongue.

Later, when I walked by the restaurant again, they made fun of me and laughed. I honestly don’t understand how a place can hire someone so disrespectful to work with customers.

A cashier should never use bad language or mock a customer. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. I’ll never return, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who expects basic respect and decency

I had an order delivery back in Summer 2024 and the total was $34.18! I ordered enough for one person! The most expensive was $9 for a beefy triple melt burrito! Delicious, but that will be the last time ordering certain items from this place.

Y’all forgot my hot sauce! May 6/25- I made a mistake coming here because they don’t know how to make cheese quesadillas. I solo adventured here and thankfully so I didn’t have to drag anyone through the mud. I don’t recommend coming here cause this place is trash

2 ladies working did everything but serve people after 8:30pm (close at 9). I ordered on the app and paid but when one of them finally came they told me I can place a new order and have to call customer service for a refund as they don’t take online orders after 8:30 (app worked fine). Always bad service here lately.

Poor customer service. I’ve worked fast-food and know it can suck but cmon… it’s sad how basic customer service isn’t commonplace.

Ordered 2 chicken chalupe on its own (thinking it would be cheaper than a combo), paid it and then realized it’s better value for the combo and more than $1 cheaper! Asked the cashier politely if she could refund me the difference and she gave me attitude and played defensive stating I only asked for it on its own. For the record I did ask on its own HOWEVER it’s only natural to offer the combo since it’s not only cheaper but you get more??? Especially since I made it clear I don’t buy Taco Bell frequently I would’ve expected her to inform me it was better to get the combo at that point.

Her comment was right, don’t get me wrong, but to constantly feel the need to defend herself instead of just say her perspective once and refund me the difference? I’m just rambling to some review post but idk man, customer service should involve thinking of the customer? Crazy concept right???

You get what you pay for. The only thing I expect from a fast food chain, is for my order to be right. Staff are neither friendly or rude-just there to do their job. Quantity could be a bit better, food looks so sad compared to what’s advertised!

Terrible customer service. I was craving Taco Bell and I haven’t eaten there in years so I went and ordered a single beef taco. I didn’t specify soft or hard but assumed it would be the soft one. It turned out to be the hard one and told the two workers at the time I had wanted the soft one instead. The younger girl just completely dismissed me and said we can’t change it for you, you didn’t say soft. The older lady that took my order reiterated this and said I had said hard taco, when I did not. I asked why they can’t simply change it for me, I hadn’t touched it and they were the same price. The younger girl says because it’s just going to go in the garbage. Thanks for making such a simple exchange into a terrible experience for me. So much for having Taco Bell cravings ever again.

I also had the same experience as mentioned by other !!
I had a frustrating experience at the Taco Bell in STC last night. The service from the Indian girl working there was poor; she seemed disinterested and unhelpful. It's disappointing to see such a lack of customer care. I hope the management takes this seriously to improve service.

I had a disappointing experience at the Taco Bell in STC last night around 8:15 PM. The service was incredibly lacking, especially from the Indian girl working there. They were dismissive and unhelpful, even ignoring a deaf customer who came in. Instead of assisting him, that indian girl said, "I don’t have time." This kind of treatment is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure better service in the future.
