I visited this Taco Bell location at 1: 30 13th of February 2024 and there was a girl that was serving me with a glasses. She looked like a Asian.The girll was acting rude. And I just got two tacos and she charged me more than I should be paying and I when I confronted her she was yelling at me. I hope you guys take an action.

This spot is so stingy with the amount of ingredients used. I ordered a fries supreme and there’s barely any toppings to coat the amount of fries, haven’t had this issue previously at other locations. The chicken quesadillas I got was also half empty and mostly just tortilla. The lack of filling/toppings for food in general has been pretty consistent here. I’ve given this location multiple chances hoping that there would be improvement but the quality of food seems to be decreasing… I will avoid ordering here in the future.I would add a photo but I don’t have that option for some reason… anyway it was a weak j!zz amount of cheese sauce and sour cream with a tsp of beef and approximately 7 pieces of the tomato bits, very disappointed.

the asian cashier and the guy working on monday evening, (december 11) were very rude. first they served cold fries and when we asked for replacement, she made faces. they were laughing on us all the time, when i asked for cheezy bean burrito, which i order every time. according to them, there is nothing like what i wanted. eventually, they served us burrito full of just beans and that also very cold. first time, such things happened here. bad experience. also we ordered extra cheese in burrito and fries and it seemed very less cheese. i would like to come again but this was a bad experience.

Worst tacos I ever had waste of money so costly. They should change their name. No fresh veggies no sauce nothing. Just waste of money overpriced on the other hand. Dont buy the quantity is very less as compare to price and taste was too bad.

Absolutely lousy. Their bacon cheese quesadilla was really good, but everything else was horrible. The Brisk was so watered down it was practically iced tea flavoured water. The nachos were soggy, they gave me a crunchy taco despite ordering a soft one, and they left hot sauce in my cinnamon twists. Not only did I not order their (hardly) hot sauce, but now it's gross. Miserable.
I ordered 7 layers burrito which they represent like this photo.When I was served it, it looked like they remove 75% of portion. It had no match with what they show. Not recommended at all.

Decided to try their new cheesy chicken burrito which was on the value menu for $2.99. I wasn't expecting much, but I just laughed when I opened it. "Cheesy", has 3 specs of cheese. I'll never understand why taco bell went so downhill. Won't go back to this location.

We decided to drop by Taco Bell in STC today as we were craving something quick and cheap. We have had Taco Bell at other locations before and received service that was way better than what we experience at this location.There was no line, so clearly they weren't busy. We ordered a Mexican pizza taco combo with supreme fries made with beans and drink.They guy take the order was doing 3 other things at the same time while rushing us. Once they had taken the order we saw them make the order , it was very rushed, almost felt like they were throwing our food around. They didn't give us any napkins in the bag.We sat down to enjoy our food , there was many things missing on both the pizza and fries. Beans were old, cheese wasn't melted, fries aren't cooked properly. A Ve egg disgusting taste left in our mouth. We had to throw everything away after eating half of it as we were really hungry .If I could I would give this place zero stars, do better Taco BellVegetarian options: Supreme fries with beans - beans taste horrible
