Just bought soft taco @Woodside Mall today and I am disappointed. The meat filling is not even a tablespoons. Do not go to this store. It's a rip-off.

Disgusting stale fries and somehow the same amount of fries to make into a poutine is $3 more. If you're gonna give a container, stuff the container, it was about 80% there, it really feels like a rip off.

I have visited this KFC many times, but my most recent and last visit was on Monday, December 2nd, 2024, to purchase their 14-piece BOGO deal at the KFC location at Woodside Square (not the Taco Bell, even though they’re at the same establishment). Unfortunately, the KFC app didn’t work, likely due to lag, but luckily, Uber Eats Pickup worked. It was a couple of dollars more expensive, but that didn’t matter as it was still a deal. However, it took an additional 45+ minutes to get our orders. While I understand that things can get busy, I wish this delay had been communicated more transparently. It would have been helpful if they had informed us about the wait time so we could manage our expectations better.

The attitude of the KFC workers was disappointing. Even the employees at busier locations like Markville and Scarborough Town Centre manage to maintain a better demeanor. I encountered a young lady at the cash register who was particularly rude and aggressive. She said, “I have so many orders, blah blah blah…” in a very impolite and unprofessional manner. It was frustrating to witness such a lack of professionalism, especially when we were being nice, polite, and patient with her. I believe that customer service is crucial in the food industry, and this experience left a sour taste in my mouth.

Additionally, the chicken was excessively salty, to the point where we couldn’t finish it and had to give it away to friends and family. It was disappointing because I’ve always enjoyed KFC's chicken in the past. I will be choosing other locations in the future for better customer service and quality food, even though I know all KFCs are generally the same. Overall, this experience has made me rethink my choices when it comes to fast food.

Order 8 pieces of chicken 4 small fries and 2 small popcorn chicken

Got 8 ketchup

I asked for more ketchup need at least 1 to 2 per chicken and 1 to 2 per fries

Began to argue that they can't it must be 1 ketchup per chicken

And then I warned them I will review them poorly for their service. I have never ever in my entire life been denied ketchup.

We aren't asking for mayo or some special dipping sauce.

It's something that is standard to provide with fried chicken. They should also offer hot sauce but I didn't ask for hot sauce and wanted more ketchup.

The manager I dealt with also didn't care about the reviews and reputation of this location told me to go ahead and give a poor review and call head office.

I can not believe the level of terrible attitude and service at this location.

After today I will NEVER EVER GIVE THIS LOCATION BUSINESS AGAIN.

This is not how you treat customers and even ego tripping with bad attitude like she owns the kfc and she is losing money giving me some extra ketchup packets.

Whoever owns this kfc needs to seriously train their staff better

Stay away from ordering here they are trying to nickle and dime at all costs here.
