Very bad experience. I ordered 2 value box and some extra food items. I did not get one value box and only one value box I got with some missing items. Very bad experience. I ordered at midnight and I called store after I received my order but store was closed. Seriously you guys don’t realize what you pack for online order. Poor customer service. Very disappointing experience. Can’t order again from this store.

I suppose it's my fault for giving them the benefit of the doubt by not checking my bag before leaving. I ordered through the app, there should be no confusion with the order, it's black and white.
Meal for two combo - 2 cheesy gordita chrunch's (1 Doritos shell) - 2 soft beef - 2 fries - 4 fire sauce
I did not get a Doritos shell or any sauces. The tacos were inexplicably cold, had an excess of lettuce and just a hint of protein. Fries were hot and tasty though (there's the one star Google makes me give).
App said it would be ready after 15 minutes, it took about 20 (conservatively). Not something I'm overly concerned about as long as everything is great, but it was not.

Garbage food, garbage service and garbage employees. Ordered tacos by delivery and the order stated to add hot sauce packets. How do you pack all these tacos and not a single packet of hot sauce? All the tacos came cold. It’s like their meat and beans are sitting there cold. Even when I have gone in person they take such a long time to make the food. This taco bell location is absolute trash.

Service here is extremely slow. The few times I ordered online and came for the pickup time my order hadn't even been started yet. Today my pickup time was 2:25 and I walked out with my food at 2:34. More help is needed especially during the lunch hours

Placed an online order way in advance. However they started to prepare it only after I reached there for pickup. That too after following up about the order. Pathetic attitude and sheerly incompetent. Not recommended and will not visit again.

They forgot my mobile order and then filled my drink halfway? The place is absolutely disgusting and they have terrible customer service here. The old employees here are not the smartest and they should consider hiring other ages that know how to treat customers. They were screaming out order numbers until someone came up to claim it, instead of waiting patiently. The line was almost out the door because there was no main order taker and they were too focused on making every other order but ours. Multiple had complained about the slow service while waiting to get their order taken. The food was also made like garbage. The fries supreme was so dry and nasty ewwww. Rationing at its finest. I waited for my order for 40 minutes just to ask and find out my order “didn’t go through” and they had to punch it in on another POS. They didn’t even apologize. This was at 8 pm August 6th 2024

By far the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Food took forever to come out for 3 tacos.i ordered a fry supreme and it was just fries and beef, only good thing is they respected my tomato allergy and made sure all team members knew. Very slim chance I will be returning to this location.

We’ve ordered from here twice, and both times the wait time for the food and the quality of it was DISGUSTING. We used the mobile app to order the food, showed up at the time it said to and our order hadn’t even been prepped and they knew nothing about it. We showed the cashier our order and she asked us to wait 15-20 minutes for food that was ordered 30 minutes prior. It should not take 15-20 minutes to prepare 3 tacos and 4 Cinnabon delights. To make matters worse when we got the food, it was cold. And don’t even get me started about the staff. This older Indian lady who was telling people she’s the manager when they were complaining about the wait time, proceeded to take her phone out and answer a call for her husband, in the middle of taking peoples orders. Didn’t even bother to step to the back of the restaurant or the side in their office area. It was truly disgusting. From both experiences we had there, I would never come back. You’d get faster service from the pizza pizza next door or the shawarma place.
