I recently had an unfortunate experience with Taco Bell. Eager for a late-night snack, I trusted Google's listed closing time of 11pm to grab some tacos. However, upon arriving at the establishment before 9:30pm, I was met with disappointment. The doors were locked, and there was no staff inside, despite it being well before the time advertised online. This discrepancy between the actual closing time and the one advertised not only inconvenienced me but also raised concerns about the reliability of their operational hours. It's disheartening when you're looking forward to enjoying one of your favorite meals, only to find out you can't due to misinformation. Taco Bell should ensure that their hours of operation are accurately reflected across all platforms to avoid disappointing their customers.

Worst food handling service. They did not switch gloves when making our bean crunchwrap, so we had to ask them to re-make it. It’s a common practice at every restaurant to change gloves if you’re making vegetarian meal. Don’t go here.

Horrible service second time in row. Website says location closes at 11 pm on Saturday. We went at 7:45 pm and employees did not let us dine in saying we close at 8 so dine in closed at 7:30pm. Same thing happened the first time. It was freaking cold and we to dine in. Either the employees are lying or their website hours are misleading. What if a person shows up to get food in this harsh weather relying on what the hours are as per website. Very disappointed. There were 2 people just before us in line who sat and started eating. And the employees asked them to leave saying dine in is closed. What a great service.

Ever since they changed the staff, my order has never been correct 3/4 times of ordering. I could have ordered a whole meal with what I’m missing out of these orders.It also is very poorly made, please do not go here if you want Taco Bell . I don’t know’ what’s going on , but the Taco bell side seems to be made as if they do not care at all about making the food. Literally threw together the taco with barely anything inside! One thing is that from what I’ve seen, it’s at least sanitary and edible, even if they basically served me a tortilla with the beef as an afterthought. The Malvern community deserves better though!

I have been coming here since they moved/reopened and the level of service over the years has declined significantly. Even a couple times I've bought a Tuesday special and the quality of food wasn't 5 star worthy, not to mention their ridiculous lines with only 1 person working the register. If efficiency isn't lacking then there's definitely a lack of a friendly welcoming atmosphere.
The food is disgusting I can’t even give them a zero as it won’t let me. Their taco shell was steal and old and they’re serving that to their customers. When I call and told them how I got sick all they can say is do you want to come back and I will make you new ones. I don’t want the food again. Do not go to this location.

I don't really enjoy this location in general. This is the worst managed restaurant anywhere, honestly. The food is always missing a topping or it's not fully cooked. The service is always very slow even if you're the only customer around. The customer service is terrible! They talk to each other rather than serve the customers. Furthermore, the same person who takes the order runs to the back to cook it without washing their hands. Extremely bad behaviour by the manager as well. A bad experience overall. They don't care about food health and safety; they are not warm and inviting at all when you talk to them. If I could rate this place a 0, I would. It's horrendous!

I visited this location today (September 21st) and was thoroughly disappointed! The "tacos" (I use that term loosely) might as well have been empty shells! The portions couldn't even feed a newborn baby.A half a pinch of beef, topped off with a half a pinch of cheese & crowned with a heaping pinch of lettuce. It was wayyyyy too much food, so much that I wasn't even able to eat it all! /sSave your money & the hassle!

This is the worst managed restaurant ANYWHERE! Not only were they not accepting debit or credit payments, the same person who takes the order, runs to the back to cook it...without even washing her hands! The order took beyond usual Taco Bell time to prepare. New management required!

This place is a two for one special in mediocrity. It's a KFC location as well as a Taco Bell location. This review focuses specifically on the Taco Bell portion (If I were to include KFC then this would be a one star review)The service is fairly decent, recent layoffs of deadbeat employees has given this place a much needed improvement in timeliness and cleanliness. I'd still point out that if you only see younger employees that you should go elsewhere since the service is miles worse if it isn't provided by the much better older staff members.The food is about as good as one might expect of a fast food location with multiple personality disorder, though you'll find that the food offered from the Taco Bell menu is significantly better than the food offered from the KFC menu. It'll do if you need something to exist in your stomach for a bit after you've hit the gym or if you're too high to be able to stumble into a better place.The dining area used to be a complete nightmare, it's still pretty horrid but it's much better and you can sit down comfortably without contracting the plague. Though don't expect the cleanliness of the dining area to be consistent, the floors might be sticky, some tables might resemble a 3rd grade war diorama recreated with food, but it's decent enough to sit down quickly and attempt to enjoy your food.To conclude, it's decent and it's certainly not a place to completely avoid, but you really shouldn't come here on purpose if you have other options.
