Even with kiosks in front of the registers, they still took orders face to face. Quick and friendly service. Not stingy on the sauces either. Gave me plenty of sauces by the handful.

Food was excellent. Had plenty of $2 hard tacos. The meat was fresh and juicy, but not enough to melt the taco shell, even after getting to the 4th. Plenty of other toppings. The tacos were stuffed full, but they didn't look empty. No broken shells served either.

The only real problem is not enough staff though to do proper cleanup of table.

Tried Tacobell for the first time...and it surely is going to be the last time for me.

1. Price on their website and store are different. I didn't place order through any 3rd party rather though their website..a burrito bowl costed 13.99 online where as in store it is 10.99. I dont understand why?

2. Quantity - it was less than half of what you will get from Chiptole.

Want to eat Mexican.. go to a Mexican restaurant or Chipotle...this is worst as a company!. Bye bye Taco Bell.

I went thru the drive thru so didn't see the inside but the guy was pleasant on the speaker however he did ask me to hold a minute like 3 times so I assume he was maybe alone and trying to do everything himself. He maintained a positive attitude anyways šŸ˜€

I ordered a Value Box for takeout, which totaled $14.68, and proceeded to pay using Apple Pay.

While I was taking a few extra seconds to locate the ā€œNo Tipā€ option on the payment terminal, the cashier abruptly took the machine from me, pressed a few buttons, and handed it back. I tapped to pay and noticed the amount displayed was $16.88, which struck me as odd. I was then handed a cup for the fountain drink, and although I felt something was off, I assumed I might have misread the amount.

When I asked for a receipt, and it stated the total was $14.68, which matched my original order. However, upon checking my transaction history at home, I discovered that a 15% tip had been added without my knowledge or consent. The cashier did this so quickly and without saying a word that I had no opportunity to object or even notice at the time.

This behavior is completely unacceptable. While the amount may not be large, the principle is serious—adding a tip without a customer’s permission is dishonest and unethical. It felt deceptive and left me with a very negative impression of your restaurant.

I went through the drive-thru on Friday at 11:30 PM, and it was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Despite there being only a few cars in line, the wait was ridiculously long. When I finally got to the speaker, the staff was rude, rushed, and clearly didn’t care. the employee gave me attitude, the whole experience felt careless and disrespectful. If this is how they handle late-night service, it’s a major red flag. Never going back save your time and money.

The location is clean, spacious and has good easy parking.

Staff friendly. Waiting at counter as I walked in to take my order promptly.

Ordered a couple new menu items and was a bit surprised at how little the burrito was (cantina chicken). Haven’t had one in a while from Taco Bell, maybe shrinkflation has hit here too, like many other establishments. Seasoned fries were ok but didn’t wow me.

Appreciate that this location has Dr. Pepper in the self serve drink station. Thank you!
