Always make sure to check your order! I ordered a Bean Crunchwrap Supreme and was given a beef one instead, despite clearly specifying that I wanted a vegetarian meal. Iām extremely disappointed with how this was handled by the staff and by the lack of attention to such an important request. Being told āIām vegetarian as wellā does not excuse the mistakeā¦ The staff are careless and distracted, often talking instead of prioritizing their work, resulting in frequent mistakes.

Ordered veggie bowl here from uber eats. Although taste was good, quantity was so less that we could finish it in literally 5 minutes. Not sure if this is the usual quantity given in store as well, or it was less because it was a delivery.

Very slow, nobody takes order they will tell you to order from kiosk that doesnāt work so I ended up waiting 10 minutes and left the place the place was not busy and people behind left as well. Avoid this location

Loaded fries pocket is my favorite especially ones prepared by this particular Taco Bell. Taco Bell is one of my son's favorite fast food restaurant. We usually placed order through the Taco Bell app. It probably wasn't the most friendly apps as my son complained re- entered the order. But that didn't have anything to do with the restaurant. I rated service by how soon they were to complete our order. Birchmount and Ellesmere intersection was quite busy, posted some driving challenges for some folks.

I ordered the Supreme Party Pack via Ubereats. However, I only received a paperbag with the nachos and cheese in it, and the 10 supreme tacos were missing. I called the driver and he said that he was only handed that paperbag and nothing else. I called the store and the lady said that they have my missing tacos. They wanted me to book another uber to come pick it up or I pick it up myself. I told them neither option is possible and I'm not paying for another uber/delivery fee again. I tried calling them again (multiple times) between 10:30-10:45 pm to follow up on my order but they didnt pick up the phone--mind you, their store is open til 12 midnight. I am super disappointed! Very poor customer service!

Even with kiosks in front of the registers, they still took orders face to face. Quick and friendly service. Not stingy on the sauces either. Gave me plenty of sauces by the handful.
Food was excellent. Had plenty of $2 hard tacos. The meat was fresh and juicy, but not enough to melt the taco shell, even after getting to the 4th. Plenty of other toppings. The tacos were stuffed full, but they didn't look empty. No broken shells served either.
The only real problem is not enough staff though to do proper cleanup of table.
