Rotten ingredients: There was a really rotton tomato on my taco. Asked them if the ingredients were fresh and they said yes it was, and they just put it out. Either they lied or they don't clean. Be very carfefull at this location and check everything throughly even if it means backing up the drive thru line as it's just not worth the food posioning.

Such generous portions of tortilla, my crunchwrap had 1% meat, 70% tortilla, 25% lettuce, 4% air. Please put less meat next time, as you can see from my picture the meat is literally going to burst out, thank you for caring so much about my health and making a lettuce crunchwrap for $8

I've been to the Kennedy south of ellesmere: GARBAGE
THIS LOCATION. AMAZING. They properly drain the grease from the meet. They always get my order right, and it's ALWAYS delicious. Other locations should want to be as good as this one.
This is not the first time I've had issues with this location. Something is either missing from my order, I was sent the wrong things entirely or there is little to no meat/toppings inside of my order. I have no idea how this location has a four star rating its actually comical. When you call to speak to a manager all they say is call uber and you will be refunded. I've never felt like I needed to complain about a restaurant/food place until now. New staff is definitely needed!

No service at all here anymore. They now force you to order from a machine that doesn't even have all of their options, such as the 10 pack of soft tacos. It has the awful, hard shell tacos option, though for some reason. Staff won't help, they say to order at the machine. Lovely. Obviously they won't take cash payment anymore either. I will never be back.
I got myself a free taco showing my coupon from taco bell, my brother also wanted one so we came here to get him that. but they said we need to place an order to get the taco which is nonsense since I got myself without buying anything else.
