Ordered through UberEats at this location. They gave the wrong order to the uber driver & I wasted 30 mins waiting for the wrong order. Placed a second order after finding out that they had given me the wrong order, just for my second order to arrive with one of my combos missing. Moral of the story, they do not care about how they serve their customers.

Always make sure to check your order! I ordered a Bean Crunchwrap Supreme and was given a beef one instead, despite clearly specifying that I wanted a vegetarian meal. I’m extremely disappointed with how this was handled by the staff and by the lack of attention to such an important request. Being told “I’m vegetarian as well” does not excuse the mistake… The staff are careless and distracted, often talking instead of prioritizing their work, resulting in frequent mistakes.

Ordered veggie bowl here from uber eats. Although taste was good, quantity was so less that we could finish it in literally 5 minutes. Not sure if this is the usual quantity given in store as well, or it was less because it was a delivery.

Loaded fries pocket is my favorite especially ones prepared by this particular Taco Bell. Taco Bell is one of my son's favorite fast food restaurant. We usually placed order through the Taco Bell app. It probably wasn't the most friendly apps as my son complained re- entered the order. But that didn't have anything to do with the restaurant. I rated service by how soon they were to complete our order. Birchmount and Ellesmere intersection was quite busy, posted some driving challenges for some folks.
