I’ve ordered a few times and I used to love the food but i was very disappointed with how bad the tandoori chicken shawarma was today. Usually it would be amazing but today was terrible.
1. The pricing on UberEats does not reflect the pricing of the product in store. They say they are giving you an offer but they basically hike up the pricing and then collect the money for the price of 2 and make it look like you’re getting Buy 1 Get 1. This is very shady. Transparent pricing is important.
2. Usually when i order, the shawarmas have a fair amount of chicken in it but this time to reduce the amount of chicken they add, they’ve wrapped it in a certain way that the roti basically takes up most of the space and there was barely any chicken.
3. The chicken tasted terrible today. It felt dry and not fresh and i ended up vomiting after so something was definitely off about what they sent today.
I have visited Tahinis before downtown and the taste was incredible so i decided to order. This particular store sent me terrible food. I’ve ordered from the Tahinis at Kingston road and that was good too.
Very disappointed. Hate posting negative reviews but i had to come and post so you improve your service. Hope this comes across as fair critic and hope it’s taken well to improve the service.
