I tried this place for the first time. The lunch menu is pretty limited. The food was pretty good. Food came quickly. The service was just ok. Sometimes, we had to ask for things a couple of times.

Overpriced. The only dishes that weren’t disposable were the water cups, we didn’t even get real cutlery or bottles of soy sauce, only a pile of packets already on the table. I can understand certain measures being taken due to Covid, but the ambiance of this restaurant has taken a nose dive. Servers aren’t friendly, tossing dishes onto the table and running off. some of the rolls seem to have been made too long in advance, ice cold and stale. I had been coming to this restaurant for years, but I won’t be back.

We went there this evening (Wednesday before Christmas) for dinner, and woe was us. The establishment was completely dark. The exterior signage had been removed, and a sign on the window said "Sorry. We are closed." Stickers on the sign said "Thank you all". There was a lock box on the door. The clear message is that this gem of a restaurant is now out of business, and that Rio-Can, the landlord, is looking for a new tenant. What a bloody shame.

I’m giving it a 4 star because the phone number to make reservations does not work and it says you need reservations to go eat here. The hours are also wrong. It’s misleading. I showed up on a Sunday to find out it’s closed Sundays. Website said it’s opened. Other than that I love this place the food is good and the ambience is very relaxing. I like that their music is just instrumental and the lighting is so pretty. it is very busy here though. But it’s worth going!

This place is a go to for me and my work friends. We arrived for 4pm on a Wednesday evening only to find out it was CLOSED even though on Google Maps it said it was open. I’m not sure what happened but we were very disappointed. I hope it’s not permanently closing down. Their number is also not posted. Had to find it on their website and of course no one picked up ?

I came here for the second time after about one year. We knew the customer service here was the worst from our first experience, but we just came back because we liked the food.My friend ordered a can of Sapporo which was advertised for something around $9.85 for 650ml. What they brought was a 500ml can and we only noticed the can is smaller after she was almost finished with the beer. We made a complaint that it's fraud to give smaller size for the price of big one. They made excuse that the size has changed about 2 years ago, but THERE WAS NO WAY CUSTOMERS COULD KNOW it was changed to 500ml size, because in the menu it still says 650ml for $9.85. The first guy said he will talk to the manager, but the manager never showed, and when I was explaining it to the second server in a louder tone, the manager finally came and told us they change the price to $7.95. This was a new price we didn't know when we were ordering and I was not still satisfied with the price for 500ml.While we were arguing for the price, THEY NEVER APOLOGIGED. I'm just speechless they haven't fixed the size and the price in their digital menu for the last 2 years and they are deceiving and ripping customers off who order Sapporo. I'm totally done with this restaurant. Please don't be the next victim.

Pretty good all you can eat sushi place with a wide variety. The service is quick and it’s very easy to keep ordering with the iPads. You’ll leave here stuffed and feeling like you got your money’s worth.

We haven't been since pre Covid and the service was very fast! Food is good as always but hot food was coming out of the kitchen within 5 minutes of ordering!
When I was in highschool, about 6 years ago, this place was my go-to AYCE sushi place with my friends. It used to be good. This was the first time I came back and had their AYCE since the pandemic happened. Seems like the quality of their sushi had declined a little bit. It doesn't taste as fresh as other sushi places. Although, they're still the cheapest lunch price for ayce in the area. It was still a good lunch though. And they switched from ceramic or plastic plates to styrofoam for some of their menus including the seaweed salad and the ice cream.

The food here is always amazing ... especially anything that's torched! Unlike other AYCE sushi restaurants, you get what you ordered! I can't count how many times dishes are not received at All You Can Eat establishments, bit not at Tatami.Whenever we visit, we're greeted with a familiar hello and have never needed to wait an excessive amount of time before being seated.Overall, the quality of food, the great service and the consistency of both keep us coming back!

Very small portions at a time. Just need to keep ordering. I understand you don't want it to be wasted but 2 pieces will not be wasted when there are 2 people. However, the food was really good. I enjoyed it! Staff are NOT welcoming at all. In our 2 hours duration only time more than 2 sentences was spoken was when we were asked for drinks. I will go again since the food was good. Don't care for the rest.

This place used to be good. I don't know if it is new management or what. The service was never the best but some servers are quite nice. I noticed after the pandemic, they would bring out less food than what you've ordered. Also I think they're putting something in the food to make you full faster. Probably to help cope with inflation but I think its in the rice. Good luck
