I tried this tea place for the first time. I was looking for a tea shop with grapefruit tea. It was delicious and the staff was friendly. Highly recommend!

The drinks here are nice, especially for iced flavoured teas and milk tea. I used to enjoy Tenren’s tea in Hong Kong as well, so it’s definitely a great memory. However, I wish the price is more affordable, as almost 10 dollars for a tall size drink is quite expensive. The environment is not bad, with relaxing music, but no places to sit.
On the other hand, the baristas here are like a hidden gem. Very friendly, always having smile, and very efficient in making drinks. They remember what I like and even help me warmly to register for points.
I’d like to come here more often if the price is more affordable. But overall a very nice experience.

Emma the person on counter was really rude because I tapped the wrong buttons on payment and she even said if I know English. Real bad customer Service and there was no customers as the mall had just opened.

The staff are very friendly and nice. The drinks are nice and refreshing. I recommend iced flavoured tea and super mango slush. Other than the price is a bit expensive, everything’s good. They even give a generous amount of toppings.

They are very cheap with how much tapioca they put in the drinks, today I got a large drink but after finishing half of it there was no tapioca left. Their Fairview mall location is better thought the Scarborough one is not good.

Every time I come to the store they are so understaffed. Theres always a line and it takes a while to recieve my drink because of how understaffed they are. Management needs to put more people on the shifts. They are so hardworking.

I was out shopping and decided to try this place. They had a sign posted for two drinks for ten dollars. I thought why not. I ordered an iced grapefruit green tea and a honeydew iced milk tea. They were delicious and very refreshing. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be back to try some more drinks.

I visited this location to purchase a gift card. I was not familiar with the procedure to obtain a gift card or if they even offered them. SUMI the employee in during this time, was extremely rude! She never looked up at me to answer my question. She just shook her head “no” in annoyance. I was treated with a great day of prejudice. I will never return to this location.SUMI you made a lasting impression and unfortunately it wasn’t a good one.

The wait took too long and wasn't done in order at all. The ones that were later than me were actually made earlier. When I walked over to check, I found that all the orders of the later ones were finished and mine had just started to be made. It was unreasonable.

Got the capricorn slush (taro with redbean and tapioca). The horoscope slushes only comes in a large and it was delicious. Doesnt taste powdery like other bubbleteas and it didnt melt fast. However i felt like they couldve put more red bean and tapioca toppings. I got my drink right away since i was the only customer at the time. Cashier wasnt as nice though. Prices were kind of expensive.

I went to get myself a drink as I was leaving the mall with my baby who was cranky due to being tired. As I was at the parking lot, I took a sip of my drink and felt a crunch. I thought it was ice. Once I spat it out on my hand. I noticed it was glass. I was upset and in shock! I couldn’t go back as I was alone with my daughter and have already put her in the car. I called them twice but they didn’t pick up, as i was almost close to home. I called them once again and finally they picked up. I told them what happened. The person on the line didn’t seem phased at all and offered me a free drink? I was confused as how that would help me. What if I swallowed the glass? I told them they had to be more aware and clean out their space in case this happens to another person.
