I had a very upsetting and unsafe experience at this location that resulted in actual property damage.
An elderly man and woman working at the counter handed me hot food with a large amount of liquid sauce in a container that was not closed properly — the lid was almost completely open and not secured at all. The bag provided was a paper bag, not a plastic one.
When I got into my car and placed the bag on the passenger seat, the container tipped and the hot sauce leaked everywhere. It spilled all over my pants, my leather seats, the floor of my car, inside of my house, and my UGG shoes. The cleaning and damage repair will easily cost over $200.
This is a serious safety and handling issue. Hot food and liquids should never be given to customers without the lid being securely closed, especially when placed in a paper bag. This could have caused burns in addition to the property damage that already occurred.
I hope management takes this seriously and ensures proper training and packaging procedures. If something like this happens again, I will have no choice but to pursue this matter further through formal and legal channels.

Hungry? Come enjoy a light teriyaki meal cooked right before your eyes. Now depends how busy they get, you may need to pack a little patience, but the food is definitely worth the way. You want fast food or you want good food? The place is steady busy cause people know their food tastes good. Grab a spring roll to bobble on while you wait if you're famished. A tad oily, but it is fried in all, so can't escape that. I ate two in a row and bought another one cause it was scrumptious and nice. I find watching the cooks cook the food is entertaining in itself. The food is served piping hot and tastes so good. And the floors and tables are well cleaned

A must every time we are in Scarborough. Out of all the Teriyaki locations in the GTA, this is one of the best! Rice Teriyaki with chicken and shrimp as well as the Teriyaki with Tofu never disappoints!!

First thing that struck me as I walked in was how clean everything looked and smelled. Everything was spotless.
I ordered the signature Hot & Spicy Chicken and noodles with 2 dumplings. Pricing is ok and the cook was very quick on the hotplate.
The food looked great and tasted quite good. The dumplings were especially tasty. I'll be back again soon.
Today, I ordered the Chef’s Special Bento Bowl. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged while the cook was preparing other meals. When it arrived, it looked very different from the advertisement. There were only a few pieces of edamame and corn, and the rice was clumpy and didn’t taste fresh. Would not recommend.
