Today, I ordered the Chef’s Special Bento Bowl. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I wasn’t greeted or acknowledged while the cook was preparing other meals. When it arrived, it looked very different from the advertisement. There were only a few pieces of edamame and corn, and the rice was clumpy and didn’t taste fresh. Would not recommend.

This is my favourite place to eat. The staff is so friendly and the food is always 10/10. I come from whitby just to eat from here as it is my closest location and it is still fresh and hot for when I get home.

Extremely clean restaurant. Efficient staff and a friendly service. It’s always a cool experience watching the chefs cook up your order on the grill. Food is delicious as always. I got a beef and noodles with no veg and they really loaded up on the portion, which makes the price point very worth it. Would definitely recommend this location!

Went for the first time today… in my 27 years of life I have never had more old dry and stale chicken. I had to make my sister and brother in law try it to make sure I wasn’t insane, they were appalled. I don’t know how long these items have been refrigerated but honestly from the taste it seems like weeks. The cook told me customers never complain and he’s been cooking for 20 years. He did replace my chicken with beef which was kind (after basically saying I was crazy and just needed more sauce) and the beef was also super dry. 20$ I just wanted a refund because now I have two meals going straight into the bin. Inedible it was like eating sand, even the meat in the dumplings is stale. To the people eating here are we just having a different teriyaki experience? I really usually do not complain but it was very very very, very bad. I’m bringing my food back tomorrow and getting a refund because honestly what on EARTH.
