Teriyaki Experience

The male merchant charged me for the same order twice. Politely showed him the proof of my first transaction, but insisted it only went through once.

I'm a regular here, and the owner and the girl making the food would sometimes argue with each other right in front of customers, which I thought was unprofessional.

Marginal protein portions as well. The place is very clean, but I believe it's because barely any anyone comes in.

Came by as I haven't had Teriyaki since I was in highschool. Flavours changed (or maybe I just can't recall that far back) but food was still as good as I remember. Simple and cooked to order. There were new items I wanted to try but stuck to the signiture beef with rice. I'm glad the portions haven't reduced like other places due to inflation.

Love coming here for lunch! I look forward to coming here every Wednesday. Looks like management changed, the staff members are very friendly. Definitely a place with great food, atmosphere, and conversation!

Food was super tasty, I typically don't enjoy chicken but it was juicy and tender. Try the Pan Asian sauce, it's underrated and definitely should be promoted more.

I was in the area for work and walked in to grab a quick bite for lunch. I was surprised how delicious their pineapple chicken was! It was sweet, savoury and cooked just right. The staff were also very warm and welcoming especially on a snowy day. Will definitely come back!

I discovered this place recently, and I can’t believe I didn't know about this place sooner. The hot and spicy chicken was to die for! Exactly what I needed after a long day at work. It truly made my day. And the staff was so incredibly friendly! Needless to say, I'm a regular now!

One staff member who was preparing food did not have hair net/ cap on and when asked says she is having an headache and that she is sure that no hair will fall into the food!

The food and dining experience was optimal! Ramya was so kind and respectful I highly recommend their food!

Came to order the pineapple chicken, which is the one I order at all Teriyaki locations.

Surprised to see that this one doesn't have many high ratings when the server and chef were so kind and specifically accommodated for my meal with my allergies in mind once I let them know. They even cleaned the whole grill and the service was great. Should be getting more reviews in my opinion.

Unsure why some negative reviewers are resorting to racism towards the owner.

What happened to the original owners? I ordered the classic beef with rice. What i got was a lackluster cashier who was also cooking thr food and the lackluster experience explained to me this person doesn't know what they are doing on that grill. I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Beef was big chunks of ...what tasted like over salted beef briefly cooked. Over cooked rice. No trays to take your dish to sit down. The hot sauce was served to you in little packets and not once was I asked just how much teriyaki sauce I wanted on my food...she just slathered in on from her squeeze bottle. The food here is deplorable. The new owners should sell and move back from where they came from.
