I asked for the red curry and I asked the guy there to give vegetarian only no eggs and veggies and tofu only. That time the guy there did not tell me anything that the red curry is made of fish. While i was asking for veg dish he should have told me that the curry is fish based. I went there to inform them about the issue with the bowl. I got vomiting from the smell and threw the bowl in the garbage. Then I asked them if they can replace the item for me with only vegetarian. They said I need to bring the bowl back then they can replace. I told them I threw it in the garbage as I got vomiting from it. Anyway they were also going to throw it. So what is the difference it would make? They also know i have thrown it in the garbage. Also the staff was rude and mentioned like people like you eat it and then say they didn’t like and want to return. What did the lady mean by saying that? Very bad customer service!

I was really craving pad thai and I was so excited to try the new lobster pad Thai because of all the hype on social media and this was the biggest disappointment. Mind you this pad thai was a ridiculous $25 for nothing. Online there is paid partnership videos showing HUGE chunks of lobster in the pad thai and this is literally what I got. I paid $25 for absolutely plain noodles and the smallest amont of lobster I would’ve been better off getting chicken because at least I get what I paid for. This was the BIGGEST RIP OFF. Don’t feed into the hype on social media because it’s all lies, biggest disappointment

I have been coming to Thai Express for many years. My mom and I loves the Chicken Pad Thai! We always order it whenever we come visit the mall, it’s a must!

Our meal is great every time and so savoury. Thank you for always keeping us full! Portions here is also a lot which is a bonus.

Lobster pad Thai had no lobster ew $25

Taste bad.. not worth the price. Taste is bland and cold.
