I get my bbt here often drinks are very try good the service is amazing, but do not come at 10am they are not open or ready until 12pm maybe 1pm, just to save those who didn’t know some time. They should change their opening to 12pm instead of 10am on google maps

The customer service and attitude of the staff at this location is terrible. They are not friendly at all, have an attitude and the service is slow. They also seem to always be sold out of collaboration drinks even if you go early. This happened to me for almost every anime collaboration they have had. At that point just don’t offer special collaboration drinks if you never have them. The drinks in general are subpar in comparison to other bubble tea stores. You would expect better for how pricey these drinks are. However the main issue is the customer service. I will not be buying drinks from this establishment again.

Visited today sept 27 2ish . Terrible customer service giving too much attitude, slamming the utensils while making the drinks, why would they hire someone that doesnt know how to give nice customer service, dont go to work if youre having a bad day and dont bring ur personal problems at work very disappointing , Remember you signed up for that do your job dont give bad vibes to the customers

very yummy very cool very clean. i absolutely cannot stomach any of their milk teas at 100% sugar (i recommend half or 30) but the honey green tea is splendid. thank u to the very chill guy with the bun who makes the same 3 drinks for me perfectly every time without getting annoyed

Drinks are good, but service is so slow compared to other locations. I order the alley a lot and this is the closest one to me so I usually order online for pick up, but a few times when I just order there it takes really long to get my drink especially when there are 2-3 people working. If it’s just me who ordered it still takes long and also with a lot of ppl who have order takes even longer. Please train them to work faster.

Yesterday I visited this location and their service was pretty terrible. I ordered 2 matcha drinks and it took them about 30 mins to make them. But also, they also overcharged me for a third drink that I clearly did not ask for because I asked them for aloe in one of my matcha drinks and the girl who took my order proceeded to charge me for a third drink with aloe in it and I never knew about until I got them. I asked for a refund and they told me that they needed a receipt which the girl never gave me one nor did they refund me. They took the drink back and remade my drink but also never apologized for it as they put the blame on me for “wanting a third drink”

Visited The Alley @ Scarborough during my trip to Toronto - The Alley is actually one of my Favorite bubble tea spots - however this one did not meet expectations.
This location is quite large and has a basic shared seating area - the place seemed pretty clean and tidy from what I could see.
Service was pretty slow - which I didn't really understand , as they had my drink to make among two staff members.
Ordered the Snow Velvet Earl Grey Tea as the staff recommended as one of the best sellers for there location - so I went with the suggestion / the pearls were kind of hard, like not chewy and soft but hard and tough to chew apart. The tea itself was clearly under steeped as it gave no taste of Earl Grey, tasted more like water in all honesty. However, the velvet foam on top was pretty tasty.

We came today at around 1130. We ordered a deerioca with soy and an orange lulu. There was only 1 person working (which is insane on a weekend). The deerioca was horrible, it was just milk with almost no brown sugar or tapioca. Would not visit here again. I gave her 2 stars because the orange lulu wasn't bad.
