I always enjoy coming here. The staff and service is excellent, especially Shafina.She is very kind, attentive and genuine.She takes the time to say hello and check in on me. Now that’s exceptional customer service!Great food, drinks, atmosphere and decent prices.We had the trio platter with calamari, bbq wings and pepper fish. Everything on the platter was excellent. We also had the veggie fried rice which was very flavourful…and their pepper sauce is exceptional. I highly recommend this spot. We will definitely be back!

Went year after a long time and ordered the special chicken fried rice on top.Was really good and the pepper sauce is good had to pay for an extra one as 1 is just not enough.Will come back for there wings which I heard are really good.Good friendly service and it is fairly priced as you would get almost anywhere else.

Ordered take out. Customer service was friendly and provided suggestions on what to order. Service was fast. Food was fresh and delicious. We ordered fried chicken wontons, spring rolls, chicken in the ruff fried rice, mixed fried rice (chicken, beef shrimp) with chicken on top. I was impressed with the mixed fried rice. They use big pieces of beef and good size shrimp. Also ordered pepper shrimp, beef & broccoli, beef lowmein and chicken wings. Everything was fantastic, very tasty and just the right amount of salt. Their pepper sauce is proper hot. I can handle my pepper but this is next level so beware. Overall everything was great and portions were generous.

I’m very disappointed in this restaurant. I’ve been dining here for years, so I genuinely like their food. However, the quality of the food is very inconsistent depending on the time of the week or the day that I order take out. I’m almost certain I’ve been given stale, reheated chicken on multiple occasions. After reading reviews suggesting the same thing, I’m positive this is what they’re doing.The thing is, it doesn’t happen every time, so the times I’m given freshly cooked chicken, I’m happy and I forget about the dry, stale chicken I was given in the past, lol. But at this point it’s happened so many times that I’m not willing to risk wasting my money here again, because the stale, reheated chicken is literally hard, dry, and inedible.And they read these reviews, see the complaints, and STILL they continue to pass off this inedible chicken on to their customers. They respond saying to email or call and you will be given a refund. Who wants to go through the awkwardness and inconvenience of doing that????!!!! They’re probably losing out on business because it’s easier for a customer to just stop ordering from a restaurant than to complain and risk another negative interaction. Poor business etiquette and strategy on their part. They think they’re saving money selling the stale chicken, but they’re actually losing future sales because of low customer satisfaction and loss of repeat business.

This is normally my go to take out spot, but lately I'm not sure what happened. I ordered the spicy beef poutine for the first time, I've had poutine before and I'm sure that cheese is supposed to be included, not even a sprinkling on top of the very white boiled beef slices. This was the worst waste of money ever. Never again Avenue, this is bye bye for me.
