I went to this location today and left before even ordering because of the manager’s attitude. He didn’t greet, didn’t smile, and looked annoyed the whole time. I’ve been to other branches where the managers are respectful and welcoming, but this one was completely the opposite. It was the first time I’ve ever had such a bad experience. He clearly has zero understanding of customer service.

I was there yesterday August 14th. The food was really good and I enjoyed my service. Today is August 15th and I have the worst stomach ache I’ve had since I was a child, not only me but my girlfriend as well. We are the wings, mussels, shrimp, and crawfish, with a side of rice, corn, and potatoes. I’m writing this after defecating on myself and having to throw away my clothes. I would not recommend eating here. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK HERE AGAIN

The worst food and service. This restaurant is cheaping customers out. Not worth the money. Go somewhere else for decent seafood. We got small shrimps, small amount and size. Cant even feed a single person. The corn, they just shoved it there. A whole one. Potato same. No effort to put in a good size of order.

The place looks amazing. Very spacious. We did wait a while for the food and to pay after we were finished. The food was pretty good but we were slightly disappointed the potatoes were large and not the small potatoes you usually see in sea food boils. I did enjoy the seafood and it’s hard to find good Crawfish in Canada so I would go back.

Had the captain’s boil lobster and headless shrimp in medium spice with the Captain’s boil flavor, it was delicious. The lobster was at market price, but well worth it for the quality. Highly recommend getting sides like corn and rice, they soak up all the spicy sauce and make the meal even better. This place is must try if you’re into seafood.

We just tried this location. The food & amount is good. We tried their Matey’s feast & it was very good. But the service was awful, we felt discriminated compared to other customer in the restaurant. We had to call the waiter 2-3 times for water & our sides but other tables were served perfectly. They even did not came to receive the POS machine after payment, we had to return it to the counter and their face was like ‘we don’t care’.
