Some amazing comfort food here! I mean oxtail with rose pasta, very tender oxtail and creamy rose sauce. Crispy fish sandwich is 🔥! All made fresh to order. Oxtail burger is a MUST!

Gave this place a second chance….still disappointed, ordered jerk pork and rice and peas, pork was good, no gravy on rice was disappointing. Went back and ordered oxtail hoping to get grave on rice and there wasn’t even gravy on the oxtail Lol. Very disappointed as it came highly recommended

Spicy fish mac + cheese was incredible. It took twenty mins tho, which is fine if you're there early waiting for a train or whatever. Will be back!
I don't like to get off the GO train before my stop, but this food is well worth whatever effort you must make to get it! Every dish I have ordered has been of fantastic quality, tasted great and was plentiful. The rum cake is a revelation. Julian, these eats aren't just good, they're great!

5 stars just doesn’t suffice… Absolutely Incredible!!!!!
If you’re in Scarborough and haven’t tried The Good Eats by Julian, you’re seriously missing out. This food truck is a hidden gem that serves up authentic, flavour-packed Jamaican cuisine with a gourmet twist.
I tried the brown stew red snapper, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best I’ve ever had—rich, succulent, and full of deep Caribbean flavour. The Jerk Chicken Alfredo Pasta? U N R E A L. Creamy and spicy (not over barring), but perfectly balanced. And don’t even get me started on the Oxtail Burger…. I needed 1 more for home time! Juicy, extremely unique, and unforgettable. Honestly, I wish I had the recipe for them all!
What makes this spot even more special is the consistent quality, generous portions, and passion that goes into every dish. The presentation is on point, and you can tell Julian puts his heart into this.
Perfect for a quick bite or a full meal, this food truck deserves all the hype. Do yourself a favour and pull up to The Good Eats by Julian. You’ll be hooked after the first bite!

CHEFS KISS !!
I’m so skeptical when buying Jamaican food because I’m very picky but Julian’s food truck hits the spot every time.
I’m a born and raised Jamaican and I take the 45 minute drive whenever I’m in the mood—not only because of the food but also because of the customer service. Julian is so patient, personable and attentive and his staff is so manner-able and inviting.
The food from here reminds me of back home. Curry goat is my favourite dish and nobody makes it like my granny but this is definitely up there with my granny’s. Although curry goat is my favourite dish, the oxtail burger has me in a chokehold. I don’t normally write reviews but this food NEEDS to be glorified.
Shoutout The Good Eats by Julian for always understanding the assignment because the food NEVER misses !
You’ll see me again VERY soon.
Xo
Had the oxtail burger and it was absolutely superb! So flavourful and well-prepared — truly one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. The service was kind and welcoming, and the vibe of the place made the whole experience even better. Will definitely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing Julian’s delicious food. The flavors were vibrant and unique, with a perfect blend of spices that left my taste buds wanting more. The jerk pork was incredibly tender and packed with a smoky, spicy kick that was perfectly balanced. The rice and peas were a comforting side dish, cooked to perfection and full of flavor. I also tried the oxtail a sandwich, which was rich and hearty, with meat that just melted in my mouth. The festival bread was a sweet, fried treat that complemented the savoury dishes wonderfully. Overall, Good Eats by Julian offers a fantastic culinary journey that I highly recommend to anyone looking to explore new and exciting flavors.

First upon arrival I was greeted with a such warm and friendly welcome. They truly exceeded my expectations. Authentic Jamaican food with an urban twist is one of the most delicious spots I've ever been to! Exceptional quality, portions are to die for and a great selection to choose from. My favourite was the oxtail. Very flavourful and tender. Definitely a spot I would visit again. I highly recommend, 10/10!
