If you are idly lover then their pack of 25 or 50 idlys is your ultimate option! Dined in recently for lunch and ordered the Madras Thali. It was not busy when we walked in, there were only 4 other guests in the room. We waited 30 mins until we got our food. I was very disappointed with the service and food quality. The food wasn’t hot at all. The vadai was cold and seemed like it was pre-made.

Serving piping hot South Indian food specifically Tamil.Medu vada was crispy and soft and probably the best one I’ve ever had! Really good ghee masala dosa, it’s huge and crispy. It’s a pure veg restaurant with authentic style of dosas. They have lots of variety for dosas, we had Rava pav bhaji and Rava masala dosa. Taste was good however both were oily and soft. We were hoping for crispness. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

When we mentioned this to the server, the manager, Srikanth, got involved and argued with us instead of resolving the issue.Despite us explaining that we had received the correct order in the past and wanted it fixed, he didn't help and disappeared Was playing hide and seek with our table.The server was friendly and offered to replace the dosa, but the manager refused. They still charged us for the dosa we didn't eat. We spent around $80 in total.The manager, ****Srikanth, needs better customer service skills or should be replaced, or else the restaurant risks losing more customers

Worst ever experience from any restaurant.And the way their manager sreekanth responded to the situation was too rude and not ethical . I ordered ghee roast with extra ghee on it and just came like Regular dosa . My friends who took buffet got the same dosa which I got and the same thing . And the manager gave ghee on side,no that is not what I asked for !! Then why don’t they give the batter and ask me to make dosa for myself!!well I didn’t take the dosa and had to pay for it ,actually paid for their inability.I have been here several time and got my orders perfectly.Mr manager, if you can’t take care of your customers,then ————-
