The salmon tastes so fresh! I ordered raw salmon, as well as a few varieties of smoked. All of it was great. They deliver quickly too (I got my order next day).

I can verify the business owner eventually got back to us and called us several hours later after I posted this review. I did attempt to sort this out but we were not getting timely responses.

Our order is being refunded, no chargeback necessary. They also offered to fulfill the order on Monday, which we declined because we had already gone elsewhere for our smoked salmon.

I would also argue that reviews are important, as long as they are fair. Our experience was poor and very frustrating, and could have been entirely avoided with better training which I now hope will become a priority.

We placed our order and set a pickup time. We arrived, the door was locked and nobody was at the store. We called, we emailed, we knocked, but got no response until someone finally responded to the email.

We find out they apparently gave our order to someone else, after informing them that the person they gave our order to was not us, it was basically radio silence. We waited at the store for over an hour, but we are leaving now having to resort to asking our credit card to issue a chargeback.

The entire time nobody made any effort to call us despite having our phone number, huge waste of time and total lack of respect for other people’s time.

The best smoked salmon you can buy in Toronto. We have ordered the sides for a number of family occasions our guests cannot stop raving about it.

We live in Waterloo area and are struggling to find a real good smoked salmon and a real good fresh salmon.

We have been going here for years to get salmon for special occasions! Easily the best smoked salmon we have ever had, including when we go traveling to coastal regions. Our friends and family don’t let us come for Christmas without it. And the team is super nice and responsive.

Great price, fast delivery, I would definitely buy again, but you know , 9 boxes Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt, which is very hard to find in Canada, should last me a long time! Thanks #Smokebloke.ca.
