The Wing Spot - Malvern

For $22 10 wings and a handful of fries is crazy. The wings were a little soggy and didn’t taste fresh aswell as the fries, it did taste decent considering I got the malvern girls sauce but just not worth it overall.

Friendly staff and fresh crispy chicken..fries are crunchy and super tasteful! Had the wings and fries but will def try the wraps next time.

It was just okay. The lemon pepper was too salty and it literally just tasted like a chicken nugget. Garlic parm was also just whatever. Just kinda overpriced and mid.

This spot is one of my favourite spots to get wings; however, I don’t think I’ll be back for a while, at least not until they properly train the cashier girl. The young girl running the cash register is very very rude. I went in to get my order being the first one in the line of 4 other people waiting on the cashier to stop gossiping with one of her friends tbh at came in to see her. This isn’t the first time this has occurred where the cashier completely ignores the people waiting to get their food. I had interrupted their conversation as there was a bunch of pick up orders just sitting behind the girl cashier; however, when I interrupted her conversation to ask if my order is sitting there, she shot me a dirty look then replied in not so nice tone. I gave her my $ and she opened the cash till and tossed my money into the cash register closing it. I waited a full 2 minutes before asking her if I can have my change (she didn’t give me my change). She replied in a snarky tone and asked me how much I gave her and how much the order was…. Shouldn’t you know how much the order was since you literally just gave me my order and i literally just paid you? If I didn’t ask for my change, she would have just taken it and I would have gotten ripped off. Word of advice for this establishment is either get a nicer cashier or train the girl you already have to be more customer service oriented.

I got the spicy lemon pepper wings from uber eats and the chillies fries. Both were delicious!!!

If it tasted this good off of uber eats i can only imagine what it tastes like fresh fresh. Can't wait to try some of the other flavors for the wings.

Anyone like dead bugs in there food. And chicken wraps with soggy pieces of breading no chicken. Then this is the place for you

It was my first time here. The Devil's Ranch wings were great!

Visited a second time to try their House of Jaffna wings which I enjoyed but not as much as the Devil's Ranch.

The overall experience at The Wing Spot - Malvern was utterly disappointing. There was absolutely no courtesy or hospitality extended to me and my friends. We understand that the store/staff is busy, but treating customers with an attitude and the lack of basic respect is just unacceptable.
Would give a zero star if there was an option.
