Expensive ($10 for pearl milk tea is highway robbery), cold service, subpar tapioca/pearls.

Their mango slush is almost tasteless with no adjustable sugar level :/

Staff are nice, and I really like the mini bubbles :)

Love this store in the plaza. Super convenient a nice vibe inside as well. Love the layout. The teas and bobas are always fresh!! You guys make a great night to stop by to!!!

I enjoyed the Mango Sago. But too sweet. The Sago and aloe jelly compliment the drink nicely. I gave mine a good shake, as suggested by the person at the counter. My friend got the same drink but drank her's without shaking it. I got to say unshaken is DELISH! You really get the mango flavour. Next time I go I will probably drink mine unshaken!

One of the many, many bubble tea shops within the white plaza. This one is a small bubble tea shop, with 2 ways of ordering: at the counter or at the kiosk.

They have an extensive menu of many variations of bubble tea (fruit teas series, brown sugar series, pudding series, matcha series, taro series, mango series, black sugar series, chocolate Oreo series, Japanese mochi series, etc.).

I originally wanted the Chocolate Oreo bubble tea, but this shop was out of Oreo. So, instead, I ordered the Tiger Sugar Premium Milk Tea (includes boba pearls, coffee jelly and pudding) from the Pudding Series. Specifically the large size, 50% sugar, less ice and Oolong tea.

After drinking and tasting the bubble tea, I decided that next time, if I were to get bubble tea from Tiger Sugar again, I would either do 75% or 100% sugar. 50% isn't sweet enough for me (tasted like less than 30% sugar). The pudding was super tasty, tasted like it was on crack. The boba pearls were slightly warm and chewy. The coffee jelly tasted like some pretty strong coffee flavor. The less ice kept my drink cool for awhile.

I like how you can do some serious customization on the menu at the kiosk. Like you can customize the sugar levels, the ice levels, the toppings, the type of tea, the type of milk, etc. it's different from ordering at the counter.

You can also buy Tiger Sugar merchandise and accessories on the kiosk (and of course alongside all the bubble tea options!).

Overall, I enjoyed my first bubble tea from Tiger Sugar. I'll be back to try some other flavors. They are on a bit of the pricey side. Definitely more expensive than CoCo's. By around $1.50 more. Paid around $8.40 for a large cup size.

Bad review! Poor service attitude! Ordered a large cup of brown sugar pearl milk tea! Half sugar, no ice! When it was done, you didn’t ask me to take it. You just put it there with a confused look on your face. Is this mine? Only then did I know it was mine! Will you die if you scream? When I took it, I knew there was ice in it. I didn’t want ice. The front desk then took out ice in the same cup! It’s my first time to drink, and I’m really looking forward to it! Unexpectedly, when I took the first sip, the pearls were so sticky that I couldn’t suck them out. The pearls were as small as they were. They had no milk or tea flavor, only a deathly sweet taste. I had never tasted such a terrible milk tea. It was expensive and I had to drink it. The tax is almost $10! I came home with diarrhea after drinking it, and my first cup of milk tea in autumn was a surprise! Won't go there again

Amazing drinks and great service ! I frequent so many local spots, but none are as unique as Tiger Sugar. We love their cup design!

Always order from Uber eats! First time come to the store! Good vibes to hangout with friends!

These people skimp on your orders. Only /one/ time I have ever gone has it been correct. Even if I specifically order boba/bobo (large tapioca, and I pay for extra, mind you. I don't receive /that/ either.) I find my drinks filled with the tiny pearls. Even when I order online, there's stuff missing. The one on College street is the only location to get the order right, so order there if you're going to.
