I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order through the Tim Hortons app at 5:15 am, and when I arrived at the store by 5:30 am, the drive-thru was unresponsive. I called the store and was told they don’t open until 6:00 am on weekends, despite Google Maps listing the store’s hours as 5:00 am every day. To make matters worse, my order was processed and payment was taken from my account, but I didn’t receive any service. This lack of consistency in store hours and poor communication is unacceptable. I expect a full refund and an explanation for this issue.
Ordered 8 drinks last night and they were all hot and fresh. Also employees were very quick on finishing my order and very friendly.

Hi,
I would like to bring a concern to your attention regarding the service at your location. I’ve visited several times, and almost every visit my order has been incorrect. I always order a steeped tea and end up receiving a coffee instead. I also recently ordered a sausage breakfast sandwich but was given a bacon sandwich.
It seems like orders are not being properly reviewed before being handed out, and the same person making the sandwiches is also acting as the cashier, which may be contributing to the mistakes. Additionally, the cleanliness of the store has not been up to standard.
I hope this feedback helps improve the service and overall experience for customers. Thank you.
