The workers here are so rude. They took over 10 minutes to make a ice latte. There was noone else in line and no mobile orders, Navepreet and Mandeep had no accountability. I asked to speak to the manager and Mandeep said we dont do that here. ???????????? This is a shitty Tims and probably only caters to people who have nothing to do. Hard working people who have busy lifestyles should not come to this Tims. Thankfully I will buy a nespresso that should take less than 3 minutes to make a ice latte! Wish me luck.

I always have a great experience whenever Gowri is working. She’s friendly, professional, and goes out of her way to make sure orders are accurate and served quickly. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers, always greeting with a smile and keeping things moving even during busy times. Her positive attitude makes my visits to Tim Hortons even better.
