Such a busy location but so well serviced and managed. The line kept going down quickly and the teas, the bagel, and donuts were so very fresh 🎉🙌🏼🙌🏼🎉

I visited to Tim Hortons located at Woodside Square on 11th of December 2024 at 7.20 PM.I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the supervisor Latha. Because she gave me good service with friendly manner. I appreciate her attitude and keep it up. I’m really excited to visit there again and again.

I had to come to this Tim Hortons today because my usual Tim's was out of sweetener. I absolutely hate coming to this location because of the extremely slow service. They have one person taking orders and making the coffee, as well as fulfilling mobile orders, which looked like a lot based on the number of cups lined up on the counter. There were 3 people in line, and it took almost 15 minutes to get my coffee.

I took a farmers rap egg and cheese, she literally gave me without a hash brown in it. And this is not the first time this particular location of tim hortons has done this kind of gesture before. I strongly don't recommend this location to anyone. If you are that hungry, you can find a McD just a few steps away, go grab something from there. Not gonna come to this location ever again

When I ordered my drink on mobile, it did not show there was a problem. It ends up they don't have espresso (cannot make it), the employee just tell me to change it without recommend or suggesting anything. When I switched to ice capp, it was very watery, not proper made like other Tim Horton store.
