I made an order through drive through and when I received my order it was missing a garlic bread....they did not do their due diligence to check and make sure everything was in my bag. I paid for everything and I had to leave before checking because they have homeless people in the drive thru that are begging constantly that I had to drive away. I feel if the staff know that customers dont have the luxury to sit and check their order due to the uncomfortable environment, the least they could do is check the orders properly since people pay money.

Today we order French venila coffee and candy can hot chocolate but the taste was not upto the mark we felt it was such a disaster coffee I hve ever order and literally taste like water so it was waste of money and time and I don't recommend to any other person

They make the best hot drink always fresh and location is perfectly great if you are on the highway .and also they have have great respect for all customers. Enjoy it.

Vegetarian options: Veg wrapped are great . All there wrapped is very big

Dietary restrictions: You should always ask they will fix to your diet.

Parking: Park and eat in your car and enjoy free internet access.

Kid-friendliness: Kid away love being there with family are with mom and sometimes there dad.

Have anyone heard someone serving in Tim Hortons and behaving this way? Tonight just now a guy was scolding my husband for asking a right size cup! My husband said the order correct I was with him and that guy provided wrong size cup he provided double cup instead of a separate smaller size cup and rather than apologizing he scold my husband back and said next time mention it okay!!! He was too rude we was in drive thru. He was a brown guy must be got this job with reference without hospitality skills! Nepotismevery where! But telling this to you Mr / ms owner your referenced peoples are ruining your good service record

Although my overall review is not related to the staff or the store itself - I have had nothing but great interactions with the staff working the morning shift as they are awesome.
My review is based the serious problem of panhandlers at this location that live in the nearby apartments that the owner of their store doesn’t seem to take action on. Some of them are very aggressive for money and may not take no for an answer. Often times they make laps in the parking lot still asking while I sit in the drivethru if there is a long wait. There is no signage saying to not loiter, no barricades to prevent them from standing near the drivethru window, the speaker or the little platform near the garbage door that some of them often sit at. It also looks like one of them destroyed the menu board as the glass is shattered and even resembles bullet holes.

I have left many survey reviews stating these issues for over a year not and yet the owner still won’t take action. I even gave my number one time for him to call me (I see him in his puffer jacket often) if he needed help with ideas and implementation but he didn’t have the courage to call.

It seems he is allowing them with an open invite to remain there and panhandle but should he thinking of the best interest of his customers cause once these homeless people become more aggressive, he will start to lose business

Always fresh and best customer service but today Dec 4, 2024 @ 4:41pm was disappointed with the drive thru Guy who was not listening and was rushing, we requested a tray for our 2 medium coffee’s but he rushed us where they take orders at drive thru speaker ad said I KNOW YOU WANT TRAY, but when we went to the pickup window they didn’t give us the tray, we asked for it again and called the person who was talking to us, he (South Asian) came along with other South Asian guy & both started laughing…. Really bad and disappointed customer service No Respect at all.☹️
