Today I went there for coffee and employe was talking in very rude manner it seems like they're frustrated the way they are talking is showing that literally they don't care about customers very bad experience in drive through I ever had.

Very bad customer service, a lady took our carside order, she was with the attitude that we came begging for tea, and this is the first time in TIM HORTONS that I hear we only have drinks, nothing to eat at this time. We went in the drive thru and we ordered a half french vanilla and half hot chocolate but we clearly said it 2 times and then when we payed we got charged for a half hot chocolate and half french vanilla.When we recieved our order we got A coffee we asked again if It was What we ordered, he confirmed but when we drunk it at home. It Was a coffee. We called 2 times And no one picked up.

MR. Dark The Story teller.

I ordered the food previous day night at 11.30 pm I went to the drive through but they said they can't serve me the food on driveway because I didn't bring my car they denied my food and said I need to pick up the food tomorrow.But that's not the point, the main point of my complaint is I was hungry when I ordered the food and then I was denied of the food the previous day I was not even hungry when they gave my food to me.

This place every night has aggressive pan handlers who try to grab your food when you are at the drive through window. The employees know they are there they wait right as you pull up and roll down your window and get in between your food and the car. It’s disgusting that they can just reach for your food. I don’t mind giving some extra change but not when you try to grab my food and then hold it hostage for coins. The staff just closed the window and pretended not to notice but this happens to so many customers. It’s a huge drug spot and someone needs to either put security there or just let the customers know someone is going to reach into your car to assault you. I threw my drink out after they reached and touched it and had to go back and buy another. Ridiculous staff was like sorry that’s gross I saw them touch your order and then still charged me for another.

It's been almost a week that the scanner doesn't work for Tim's cards and points so needless to say I am losing many many points since I come here more than once a day, also why is it that when I order regular bacon or x-bacon I always end up with only the 3 pieces of bacon? So charged extra but not given extra!! Big let down since food is so costly these days. This has happened too many times. Not a good thing!!Parking: Other than the patrons from the mosque across the street taking over when they're here parking is plentiful

Abysmal Customer service, no hospitality. I arrived today (Feb 5th)at this location around 4.35 PM. I ordered 3 Cheese Twists. The order taker of the storefront heated all of the twists in the Microwave. He didn't comply with the standards. After payment, I told him to reheat the twist in the MerryChef oven, which he did. But he started arguing by mentioning that “We Only heat the pastries in MerryChef.” I replied to him, “ You are not adhering to the Food&Safety protocols.” I don't trust those team members working whether they did heat the twists I bought or not.It's my kind request to the management to train your team on using the equipment in the store.And try not to give reasons for not complying with the standards. I work for Steritech and I am a Food Auditor.I will report this to the head office as well.
