Wow, so I was having a pretty bad night and day today. I just went for a walk at the water of the Scarborough Bluffs just to get out and get some fresh air because my cat got really sick last night and it’s just been a rough day and I ordered myself a coffee and it was handed to me with the word love and a smiley face on it and honestly little things like this. Just changed my whole day like I’m happy. I feel great right now after receiving this coffee From a very nice Lady, I’m sure if you guys asked who wrote love and handed it to a young girl driving a van you could figure out who it was but five stars for her because little things like this she didn’t know what I was going through, but she just made my whole day turn around and just put a big smile on my face.

So me and my friend we was exiting while one girl was moping her friend( team member ) from the counter was pointing toward us and told the girl who was moping that she wish she could break our leg because we was exiting during she moping! She said this in Hindi language and me and my friend we both understand Hindi language as well so this is a message to the manager and the owner what do you teach to ur employees? How can they behave this way to customers? What do you see before hiring an employee? Don’t you think this is your responsibility to choose someone before including them into your business that they have bare minimum knowledge of how to behave or how to talk to a guest? The incident happened yesterday December 8 around 1:50pm . If you wish u can check the cameras two girls passing while they made the comment.
