I had a wonderful dine-in experience at this Tim Hortons. The food was fresh, tasty, and served just the way I like it. What stood out most was the warm and welcoming service. Supreet greeted me with such kindness and professionalism, making me feel valued as a customer right from the start. It really added to the overall positive atmosphere. A great spot for enjoying a meal with excellent service—I’ll definitely be coming back!

Awful service,We went there 1 hour before closing, I asked for grilled croissants, and they said they already turned the grill off, then I asked for garlic bread , the lady told me that they are out of the bread, but I could see the bread there, and then they made me one after I pointed it up there.

Me and my friends came after work to here, and ordered garlic bread, but the employee refused to confirm the order, and my friend itself showed them that they have enough garlic bread , because it was right inside the counter and we saw them inside. Then they took order very inappropriately. This is was unfair to a customer, and we felt so bad and insecured.

Employees are very confused. Very slow. Even the coffee tastes weird haha. In efficient. Asked me to leave a google review and I responded “I’ll pass” the employee then proceed to ask me 5 times what that meant. Also asked me what if I was waiting for a grilled chicken wrap and I said yes. Then they said crispy? Super confused doesn’t understand the basic language. There should be a change of employees who understand simple English.

I was subjected to humiliating, mocking, and racist behavior by Supervisor Kiyana at this branch. The place shows complete disregard for cultures and customer respect. Their company must monitor their staff, and the City of Toronto should oversee this branch to protect people’s rights and prevent abuse and racism.
