I went to the drive through on Dec. 29 and just order two toasted bagels. I thought I heard the man say to drive up ahead and someone will take the bagels out to me. Usually, the bagels come within a minute. I pulled ahead and 2 cars started to come after me. I'm still waiting and they started to beep me so they could get out. Then I was told to go around to the side parking lot and go in and pick up my two bagels!!
What's the point of having a “drive through” when I have to park in the lot, go inside up to pick up my two bagels???
This location has really become disappointing and their service has declined.

they have ridiculous service and after waiting for food they gave disgusting food to customers. i asked them just bagel toasted with butter and they gave without toasted even after 5 minutes. Seriously this is how tim hortons serving these days????
Very very bad experience… this happened to me first time, I ordered a butter toasted cheese croissant grilled in drive through and also it was not too busy(around 3:30pm). They gave me my order too too quickly like in 10 secs and my croissant was too cold and when I saw that it was just simple croissant Very bad experience.. don’t want to come again at this location 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
