This Tim Hortons is dimly lit, and is in desperate need of a full renovation. I don't come here often, perhaps once a year, but it's definitely not one I like going to. Staff do an ok job but it's clear they are under staffed.

Well i often visit during afternoon even if its crowded still there is always 2 Nepali girls who keeps working hard and try their best to give best service and have nice food keep it up ☺️

Was there at around 7 am on a weekday Extremely slow service ordered on the app 10 mins before getting there selected the start making order now option 10 minutes before got there order wasn't ready there was a lineup of 5 people waiting to order 3 people waiting for a pick up order 4 employees working that morning had to wait another almost 10 minutes for my order seems like there is no organization in this place not enough staff and employees need to be quicker in serving customers especially during rush hours in the morning but it just comes down poor slow service but what you expect when you got BobbleHeads working.

Hopefully the owner can remodel the washroom which is quite old. Maybe TH headquarters can help them out. Customers will have much better experience if this can be done.

This location consistently provides terrible customer service. They show no concern for the long line-ups and work at an extremely slow pace. The staff seems disorganized and uninterested in helping customers efficiently. On multiple occasions, I’ve experienced long wait times and unfriendly attitudes. It’s clear they lack proper management and training, making every visit a frustrating experience.

The owner need to put more staff on duty. There is always a huge line and only 2 girls working most of the time. Just to keep their own profit more some cheap owners like this one put their staff under a lot of pressure.

I had a wonderful visit to this Tim Hortons 4820 sheppard Ave E. The coffee was fresh and absolutely perfect to warm me up on a chilly winter day. The staff Sanjabini were not only friendly but also very professional and efficient, making sure everyone was served with a smile. The washrooms were spotless, which is always a great sign of a well-maintained place. Plus, there’s plenty of seating, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy your coffee. Highly recommend!
