Tim Hortons

I have been coming to this Tim Hortons for quite some time and always enjoyed the experience. The food is consistently good, and the staff are very kind and welcoming, always greeting with a smile.

However, today was the first time I had the chance to use the washroom, and I was quite disappointed to find it in very poor condition. This was surprising because the rest of the store is very well maintained — the sitting area and the exterior are always clean and inviting.

Since I often visit Tim Hortons for coffee, donuts, and snacks for my child, I believe it’s very important that the washroom also reflects the same standard of cleanliness. I hope the management can take this into consideration and invest in improving the condition of the washroom.

Absolutely ridiculous. My mom ordered a large steeped tea and it was literally half full. Tim Hortons has fallen down the drain. They’re trying to cut costs in whatever way they can.

Went there to get coffee, iced coffee, and donut while I was waiting on my auto shop to finish working on my car. I was happy with my visit. This Tim Hortons is one of the few ones that don't destroy your Boston Cream donuts by packing it in the bag sideways. Instead, they give you a bigger bag and place it fully at the bottom so the chocolate icing isn't destroyed. Very happy that they pay attention to this detail. Great visit and we were able to get our drinks and treats very quickly and efficiently. The seating was also great. Although there were vivid paint stains on the table, I think it was cleaned and we were making sure we were using napkins and paper bags at the bottom of the donut to keep it protected.

I was waiting in line for coffee and it was done on time. While waiting, I saw the employee brewing a fresh batch of coffee and when they were separating the coffee filters for the new batch, they were BLOWING in between the filters to separate them. That is sooo unhealthy and unhygienic 🤮
I took the effort to make this review because I worked at tim hortons for 3 years and I know it can be done without contaminating the coffee filters with your saliva.

Stopped by Tim Hortons while waiting for someone. Coffee was just okay, but I have to say the washroom was very clean. Staff handled the lineup with kindness and calmness, which made the stop a nice one overall.

I remember when it was standard practice to put wax paper in the paper bag esp for the boston cream so this doesnt happen. Its summer time. This is the least the staff can do. Do better.

Today i came near about 7:30 Pm. There was one guy named Deepakjot singh. He is having friendly attitude and strong work ethic. Also, he greets customers with a smile, prepares coffee, and keeps the store running smoothly. He takes pride in making sure every customer leaves with a good experience and a great cup of coffee.
Thank you for your help Deepak you have good customer service experience. You made my family happy while making good coffees, with smile and our stress gone away.❤️
