I have been coming to this Tim Hortons for quite some time and always enjoyed the experience. The food is consistently good, and the staff are very kind and welcoming, always greeting with a smile.
However, today was the first time I had the chance to use the washroom, and I was quite disappointed to find it in very poor condition. This was surprising because the rest of the store is very well maintained — the sitting area and the exterior are always clean...

Went there to get coffee, iced coffee, and donut while I was waiting on my auto shop to finish working on my car. I was happy with my visit. This Tim Hortons is one of the few ones that don't destroy your Boston Cream donuts by packing it in the bag sideways. Instead, they give you a bigger bag and place it fully at the bottom so the chocolate icing isn't destroyed. Very happy that they pay attention to this detail.
