I visit this Tim Hortons almost regularly, and I must say it’s the best one I’ve ever been to. The staff are always friendly, provide excellent customer service, and greet everyone with a warm smile. Manisha and Daljit truly stand out — they run the place with so much dedication, ensure that everything is organized, and always go the extra mile to make customers feel comfortable. They create a welcoming atmosphere, treat people with genuine care, and set a great example for the whole team. Thanks to their efforts, this location always feels inviting and well managed.

I visited Tim Hortons drive-thru today during rush hour, and the service was fast-paced, efficient and friendly. My order was ready quickly and the staff were polite. Great experience!

I asked if they had any biscuit sandwiches, cashier said no and proceeded to create a biscuit sandwich by charging me individually for a cheese tea biscuit and sausage. Come to find out they have a homestyle biscuit sandwich that comes with sausage, egg and cheese. Didn’t give me the receipt as if i didn’t notice the individual items charged to create an item that’s already on the menu. I ended up paying more for a tea cheese biscuit and sausage than the sausage, egg and cheese they have on menu. Employee charged me more because they don’t know the menu or how to shower.. clearly.

I had a terrible customer service experience at this Tim Hortons. The lady at the sandwich bar was very rude and unprofessional. I usually come here every day since it’s close to my workplace, but today the service was unacceptable. When I placed my order and politely asked for a bag, she showed a lot of attitude and completely ignored my request. I ended up having to ask another staff member for one. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like I was a bother. This is definitely not the level of service I expect from Tim Hortons.
