I visited today (August 26,2025). Again, the girl named Athira was extremely rude. She wasnât listening and kept talking to her staff over the speaker. I told her three times, loudly, but it was no use. She kept asking, *âHow do you like the coffee?â* which made no sense.
I ordered two drinks and one meal, but I was given three drinks instead. It seems like careless people are working at this location. The branch manager, or whoever is responsible, should properly address customer complaints. I am also going to write a detailed complaint to Tim Hortonsâ corporate office.

I wish I could have rate 0 star As the service is disgusting and people are rude there specifically the night shift, I order the food and she talk that rudely and when I approached to window she gave the wrong order then told me I order the wrong stuff then after she said because you are not white that's why your English is not good and you order the wrong item In any way steep tea can not sound like iced coffee When I said you are giving the wrong order then she start agitating then walk away and another person come and help me. But I will never go to this tim hortans as well as never suggested somone.
