A lot of the staff members are really nice and friendly. and every time i come to this place, they would always greet me with a smile on their face. this tim hortans will always be my go to place

Terrible Customer Service. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced such treatment from any fast food restaurant. As a pregnant woman on a hot sunny day, I went to this Tim Hortons drive thru for a cup of ice, they tried to charge me 20 cents which I didn’t have 20 cents on hand. Manager (Veelpar Could be incorrect spelling) came to window and employees started speaking in Indian and laughing screwing up their face making up a mockery out of me. Veelpar insisted while laughing to create this review as she thinks it’s a joke. This is disgusting treatment, this is not how you treat your customers. Speaking your language infront of customers & laughing IS VERY unprofessional. Do better.

The staff are some of the nicest people I have ever spoken to and I have never met them but whenever I call to modify an order they are sooooooo nice, kind, polite and I can hear their smiles through the phone!! And they are so accommodating when they don’t have to be! This store needs to be recognized! And I have been in the drive thru (passenger) and they are soo busy and yet they remain kind . I order through skip. My food is always packed securely. Today was one of those days I called to modify my order and the person on the other end was so sweet and didn’t rush me, and listened.

Very bad service,every time they give tea and coffee with out stirring.today 2024/03/27 morning i brought a tea with 2 sugar. But no sugar was in it. I was pretty sure that it was not stir well as usual. I asked for a stir stick and said it is not sweet. Then the staff on the window shouted at me and said" if you want more sugar you have to order before ". I don't want extra sugar all i want was well stir tea.Every time especially morning time the staffs are very rush and interrupt while ordering and no quality.

If I could give a zero I would. The company uses doordash for their deliveries, and those drivers steal your food. Try to get a refund think twice for that will never happen!!

It has happened twice like how can you guys mess up a simple steep tea order. Last time I ordered a triple-triple steep tea and I think they forgot to add sugar or stir it. Also, Yesterday evening when my friend and I ordered triple triple steep tea with chai tea bag and Carmel syrup. They forgot to add sugar and caramel syrup in it. And about the cleanliness, I think they really don't care about it. Worst Tim Hortons experience ever.

Started going to this location the last 2 weeks, the lady in the early morning was a joy to deal with, we go for a walk every morning and on Fridays at 5:30am we go for a tea, the restaurant wasn't open but the lady by the drive-thru was kind enough to help us.
