Krishna was so rude. We told her to give 2 iced caps but she gave only one and she said she can’t refund. After that the way she left with attitude was insane. She thinks she owns tim, she should not work if she can’t handle customers nicely.

Bagel burnt , ice Capp bitter and lacks customer service.. this is what happen when you hire students . Please grow up . You didn’t get your PR yet that you need to show attitude . This is the best Tim hortons I have ever visited the food I ordered and the drink was amazing. And the customer service was too good. Aisha at the cash counter was so welcoming and she also put a smiley on my drinks lid that made me so happy as I was little sad but it makes me happy. I visited earlier too, a few days ago there was one lady who was at the cash counter. She was also so good and she also put a smiley for me.
