All good except they don’t know how to manage time when customer are waiting in line. Literally i saw 3 customer infront of me left the line but still i had to wait for another 12 mins just to get one coffee ordered.

For God's sake, I have been there 4 to 5 times, and every single time, there are flies and mosquitoes on the donuts and croissants. Why don’t you do something about it? You people have completely ruined Tim Hortons’ reputation. You’ve turned it into an absolutely terrible branch.

They always have basics things not in stock. Like chicken or rice is always missing and then they ask you to wait. Like what is the point of a quick takeaway ? If you can only make coffee quickly then do coffee only. Another thing was, whenever I ordered food from here, there staff mostly is not on the counter to make it right away. The person always takes 4 to 5 mintues to start it.

Probably the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. Gave this joint a chance. 1st encounter, super understaffed during morning rush, ordered mobile order 10 min before and still did not finish. 2nd encounter, ordered way ahead 15 min and still did not finish my order. By the time I received it, they gave me the wrong order and I didn’t bother to check due to morning rush. Gave me someone else’s sandwich instead of the 2 savoury biscuits. Need to manage and train better employees here, the competence and service is ridiculous.

I was here today and unfortunately I got really dizzy and felt like I was going to pass out from having low blood sugar. A worker went out of their way to make sure I was okay and that I was feeling better before leaving my side. Thank you again AJ 💕 you’re amazing

foot traffic better than most timmy's but, then again, it's timmy's. ample parking. saw a crew taking some time out to wipe tables. should have checked the washroom -- disgusting. auto flush is broken, however, manual's working. while it's unfortunate customers nowadays feel entitled, staff should stay on top of the situation. makes one wonder how the food handling is going around this establishment...
