I bought some donuts through the TooGoodToGo app, but went to the wrong Tim Horton's. The manager was awesome and told them to just fill the order regardless and there was zero fuss.

On September 19th at 2:30 PM, the young woman handling orders at the front desk had terrible service! I asked her for my receipt since I paid with a gift card and credit card. She glanced at me, then slammed her fingers on the screen, printed my receipt, and tossed it onto the table. My hand was already reaching for it. From start to finish, she only spoke one sentence to me, asking what kind of card I was holding. She gave me the impression that I had annoyed her. I understand...
