ONE OF THE WORST STAFF AND SERVICES. We were a group of people so the order was big and they were acting like we ordered 50 items! We asked to add a muffin in our order as we had a coupon and she dismissed us saying that there’s a line up. We ordered iced coffee which tasted like expired coffee. I went in through the front door for water, to refill my water bottle and she denied. They were very rude the staff at Christmas around 8 pm, All three girls, I request the owner to check whoever was during the shift and improve their customer service please. However, we would not be visiting this tim hortons ever again!

Having a Tim Hortons in the Oshawa hospital is very convenient. The staff are very friendly and very festive for Christmas. I wish they would stay open 24 hours as people in emergency and visitors would appreciate that. All that’s available is vending machines with garbage in them.
