I went to get a tea and it literally tastes like water, the quality of the tea was very bad. And on top of that, the cups they serve had a very bad smell. It stinks like rat poop. I almost felt like puking. After informing them they didn't want to refund it. Worst location I have ever come across all around Scarborough

It's only a little pass 2 o'clock in the afternoon and they ran out of sesame bagel already and then later I was told they ran out of sausage too! Men's washroom only has one toilet working and urinal toilet on the wall is gone looks permanently.

Ordered for bagel this morning, they gave me in the bag, when checked it was left over. So I guess they serve left over food. I don’t recommend this location to anyone,

I came in th morning and bought 20 dollars worth of breakfast item and when I asked for a cup of water for my girl, the charge 10 Cents for the water cup and also the bathroom was nasty and peiec of poop in the bathroom . Also when I asked them for handsanitizer they rudely told me, I shoukd have mine own hand sanitizer, and how they dont need to have hand sanitizer. And i heard the Indian lady mock me for asking for hand sanitizer. Maybe in ur culture, u dont need to use hand sanitizer or clean ur self. But please dont do that in timmis franchise. Its bad for the reputation

The food is okay, this location is one of the cheapest one in my neighborhood unfortunately. They are open till late at night and their bakery is seems like close by 5 or 6pm. By 7 pm a few times I went and they dont have the popular bakes. I find this location is a big disappointment when you need your favorite donuts at evening or night. Happened a lot of time.
