If I had the option to give 0 star, I would have done it.

I had placed an order through the Tim Hortons app for an Iced Capp, Garlic Bread, and a Boston Cream Donut. Upon arriving at the store, I was told that the Boston Cream Donut was unavailable and was asked to choose something else. When I requested a refund instead, the acting supervisor was rude and unhelpful, insisting that a refund was not possible.

To make matters worse, the rest of my order was not served for over 10 minutes until I asked again. Even then, the supervisor repeated that no refund could be issued and that there was no manager available to address the issue. She then walked away while we were still speaking to her and when I asked to speak to a manager they refused.

Additionally, none of the employees were wearing name tags. When I inquired about this, I was told that staff do not wear them “because of issues with customers.” This is unacceptable and does not reflect the professional image that Tim Hortons is known for.

By the time I left, no resolution had been provided, and the food I received was overly salty. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have encountered at Tim Hortons.

Quite possibly the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to. They seldom have the products available that they advertise. You will literally see a sign advertising some new (or long existing) product and when you ask for it they say they don't have it. You have to repeat yourself 3 or more times before they can understand you. Many front line staff here cannot speak English in a passable manner. These days you should avoid all Tim Hortons (due to TFW exploitation) but you should DEFINITELY avoid this one. There is a Starbucks in the Metro across the street. Spend a few extra bucks and support a company that at least so far appears to actually hire Canadians and is willing to sell you the products they advertise and communicate with you in one of our official languages.

I had a delivery. I am disabled. I ordered two extra large coffee, double milk double splendor. I got lots of Splenda but only two milk. I Cannot do anything to correct this as I cannot, for example go to the fridge without somebody here to help me so I either have to drink One coffee the way I like it and throw out the other or go 50-50 on the milk. I Run into problems with this particular, Tim Hortons all the time but have to figure out how to have it come from somewhere else. I don’t know that I have a choice, but if not, McDonald’s here I come.

I always had good drive thru service from this location. Their team work is amazing. Only odd thing is there are people out of the restaurant smokes weed or something like that who looks unsafe.

Slow service. Additionally, delivery orders are prioritized over customers. If you are taking an order, at least fully finish with your customer and do whatever you want. Employees must also consider customers' time, especially in a rush.

Every time I go through this Tim Hortons drive-thru, I have to repeat my order 3–4 times. It’s frustrating when all I want is a quick coffee. I don’t understand why they hire people who can’t communicate clearly over the speaker. It shouldn’t be this hard to order a coffee!

I had a great experience at this Tim Hortons! The customer service was amazing, staff were friendly, quick, and my order was made quickly and tasted great. The location was also very clean and well-kept, which I appreciate. Definitely coming back!
