This Tim Hortons is absolutely disgusting. The filth is unbearable—dirty floors, grimy tables, and chairs that look like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. The place is overrun with homeless people, making it feel unsafe and chaotic. The washrooms are not just dirty—they’re completely out of service. The staff seems uninterested and provides terrible service. Overall, this place feels nothing like a coffee shop; it’s more like a rundown public shelter. Definitely the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to.

I go to this Tim Hortons faithfully and almost everytime I go here it's always a wait when there is nobody there and they have 5 people in the back over by the drive threw just talking,I ordered 2 caramel ice Capp and the guy tried giving me 2 regular ice caps and said they were caramel it's so bad they literally have people there that don't now what they are making that's really bad he gave me back the wrong change wild place there is people in there sleeping/passed out/nodding out.with kids coming in and they don't do anything to stop it very bad crew on Monday December 16 at 5:30pm there was maybe 2 on that new what they were doing and that's the supervisor and the one Indian women that made my drinks over .....HOPEFULLY THEY GET BETTER AND MAYBE HIRE PEOPLE WITH EXPERIENCE I HAVE. 5 YEARS OF BAKING EXPERIENCE SPECIFICALLY AT TIM HORTONS AND I PUT LIKE 5 RESUMES IN AND THEY CALLED ME ONE DAY AND SAID SURE COME DOWN FOR A INTERVIEW AND ONCE I WALKED IN THEY WERE LIKE OH SORRY WE ARE NOT HIRING RIGHT NOW BUT 30MIMUTES BEFORE THAT SHE SAID COME DOWN ONCE SHE SEEN I WAS WHITE IT WENT RIGHT OUT THE WINDOW AND THATS NOT FAIR AT ALL BUT I GET IT I GUESS..SORRY FOR THE RANT BUT I HAD TO SAY THIS CUZ ITS TRUE.

This is by far one of the most poorly run, waste of time Tim Hortons in the area. I’m so sad that this is the Tim Hortons that is closest to where I live and I’m subjected to their very low level of service and many of their incapable and ignorant staff (Especially PREMI) At the drive-thru speaker every morning there is a woman who repeats your order 5-8 times, acting as if she doesn’t hear you or as if she doesn’t know if they have the items you’re ordering. She constantly claims she is “checking”. She always says to “drive slowly” and sticks her hand out to make vehicles stop before they reach the window. She does this so that you do not wait at the window and increase the time on the timer that they have to follow. Today I waited at the drive-thru window for 4 minutes for just two lattes, and then she still asked me to go and park in the handicap parking spot to wait even longer. I waited a total of 9 minutes for just two lattes. So I had to go inside and find out what was wrong, because it appeared like they had totally forgotten my order as they served four more vehicles after me. Ridiculous, disorganized and so unprofessional. This location has had ongoing trouble for YEARS with their bathrooms as people are doing different kind of illegal activity in there, and the stalls are rarely able to be used. The place is usually very filthy and so rundown, and no one is ever cleaning the tables or the floors here. The couches are ripped, there is crusty stuff all over the chairs and tables and windows, and it looks like they have never cleaned the place in years. No matter how many times I’ve spoken to a manager or supervisors or staff at this location there is never anything done, and rarely any apologies made or solutions offered. I DO NOT recommend this location to anyone as they care more about their own convenience and what can benefit the employees rather than true customer service.
Parking: The employees at drive-thru tell customers to park in handicap parking spaces to wait for their orders when they are taking unnecessarily long.
