I ordered a chicken bowl and the bowl came with barely any chicken.. i asked at front counter to please check it and this girl said i must have ate it all??? The bowl was full with rice and even this other girl she seemed a manager she said i saw the guy took his good just seconds ago and she went quiet. Please check cameras i ordered around 6:02. I told this girl there’s barely any chicken and after 2-4 minutes of argument she put some and she said can u see now?? Wow.. she needs to be fired her name is vaidhavi .. i make sure all of the people ik i tell them not to visit here.

The Americano is terribly watered down and it's disappointing noticeable in comparison to other locations in the GTA owned by franchise owners that do not dilute products for the sake of margin. If you are in this area and are looking for a cup of coffee...forgo it. Absolutely terrible.

This location always takes forever even though they have a full staff service. They prioritize the drive through and the people inside get screwed over waiting long for what they ordered. Been this way for years. Would boycott it if the other close location didnt suck either

Why can’t at least one person stay at the till just to take payments? Instead, someone takes payment, leaves to make the order, and later another person repeats the same. For God’s sake, have one cashier and let others handle the orders. Had to wait 15–20 minutes even though the queue wasn’t big.

Employees don’t know how to apply the dinner deal combo . I came to get 8.99 dollar dinner combo and I order all the three product that were in the deal . I also showed the cashier but she didn’t know how to avail the combo and it was showing 15.50 dollar in total. The manager and cashier both saw my the deal in my phone and all the items which I said were correct but they said me that it is happening to many customers. These should be corrected as it is for 1st time I could not order anything.
Poor customer service and disrespectful to attend customer orders .
Wrong order was given and when asked to fix it Manager named Thei was rude and asked not to come to this locations .
Won’t go this location again .

Lady karlene at very early morning 3:00 am on 11 sept 2025 her service is beyond excellence.Very kind hearted and warm welcoming nature best service provide by this time horton than any other location in all over GTA. She deserves all the stars employee like her is the reason why we choose tim hortons than any other coffee places. Coffee and food served with very hygenic and safe manner along with respecting my profession. Huge shootouts to this location may god bless her such a kind person .
