Why this Tim is closed for dine in at 10:30 pmwhen it supposed to be till 11 pm. On calling them they said we are closed early for personal reasons.

Absolutely no respect from workers I visited this store Saturday January 3 around 10 pm and the drive thru lady had zero manners liek if im doing my best to be nice she should be nice back but no I said thank you 3 times absolutely no response shut the window in my face maybe management should really start hiring people with manners also needed a pen to write down the survey code said they had no pen soooo that means they not writing expiry dates? Which means they selling bad food WHAOOOO didn’t expect it to come this far.

I exclusively use the drive-through at this location, and unfortunately the customer service is consistently poor. When I pull up to the speaker, I’m rarely greeted with a “Welcome to Tim Hortons” or even a polite “May I take your order?” Instead, I’m often met with a blunt, yelled “ORDER” through the speaker.

At the window, interactions are just as unpleasant. My items are regularly handed to me abruptly, often without eye contact, a thank you, or any basic courtesy. When I say “Have a good day,” I’m usually met with no response. This has happened repeatedly and feels like an ongoing issue rather than an isolated experience.

That said, there is one employee who consistently provides excellent service and truly stands out. She typically works the night shift and is a middle-aged African-American woman. She is always polite, asks how your day is, and respectfully thanks you when taking your order through the speaker. While she may not be as fast as some others, her kindness and professionalism make a noticeable difference and reflect what customer service should be. If you are dining in and see her working at a register, I highly recommend choosing her line.

Overall, this location needs to seriously address customer service standards, particularly in the drive-through. Basic courtesy should be the minimum expectation, not the exception.

No wonder why it has lowest rating. First didn't get my order right and when i went back asking to change my coffee they charged again full. Worst people. Would not recommend anyone to even go to the location. Dont even know how to talk. Very Shitty. Ruining everything.

and she told us to hurry up theres people waiting,,,,,, YOU NEVER SAY THIS TO A CUSTOMER!!! unfortunately! yes no matter how long a customer takes YOU NEVER TELL THEM TO HURRY UP!!!! you patiently wait for them to decide!!!!

i asked for the person taking the orders but they said its their manager rita! id love love to file a complaint to the hr!!! ruined my day!

Ordered a decaf with sweetener and cream on the side and a bagel with cream cheese. Received a regular coffee without the sweetener or cream. The bagel had virtually no cream cheese, even though it costs $1 extra. Very long lines both indoor and drive through, not enough staff and poor service.

I come to this Tim Hortons very often and wanted to say something nice about Satwinder. She is very good at her work and always greets me with a smile. I noticed her in the last few days, and she makes customers feel really welcome.
Usually, I have to wait around 5–6 minutes for my drink, but when she was working, I got my coffee almost instantly. I was honestly surprised because I didn’t realize it could be that fast. It really made my day.
She is kind, quick, and very friendly. I really appreciate her service.

People come to Tim Hortons to start their day with a good coffee and breakfast. Especially in the mornings, you expect at least basic courtesy and decent service. Unfortunately, my experience at this location was extremely disappointing and completely ruined my morning.

I ordered a couple of coffees and a multigrain bagel with butter and herb & garlic cream cheese, for which I paid an extra $1.35. I’ve ordered the same bagel at several other Tim Hortons locations, where the cream cheese is evenly spread across the entire bagel. However, at this store, they barely applied cream cheese to one half of the bagel, while the other half was left almost completely plain.

When I went back to the counter and raised this issue, the manager immediately became defensive instead of trying to help. He claimed that if I wanted cream cheese evenly spread, I should have ordered double cream cheese, and that applying it to only one half of the bagel is their standard. (This feels like a cost-cutting practice rather than customer service)This makes no sense, especially since this is not how other Tim Hortons locations operate.

I paid extra for herb and garlic cream cheese, yet it was poorly applied with one half barely spread, the other half almost empty. The quality of service and the way the manager argued rather than resolving the issue was extremely unprofessional. I felt so disappointed that I left the bagel untouched and walked out.

Overall it felt like a greedy approach by the store management to loot customers, the way the manager behaved, and this greedy approach of the franchise completely spoiled my morning. I will never ever be returning to this location.

I can only be disappointed, a coffee at Tims is a to do, wherever you go, you enjoy a Tims, sadly this is not the place for that, staff is so rude and I'm sure i will never go back there

Disappointing experience with both product quality and staff service yesterday.
Purchased a breakfast order including a French Vanilla coffee at 10:29 AM, 11th December’ 25. The coffee had a severe quality issue and tasted terrible.
Upon returning for a replacement, a senior/supervisor staff member was extremely rude and unprofessional. She implied I was trying to get the item for free, despite being a loyal, daily customer at this specific location.
While I have had replacement issues resolved smoothly in the past, the lack of basic customer respect from this senior staff member is unacceptable and ruined my entire experience. Management needs to address the conduct of this staff member.
