Under staffed. Line is quite long and takes 10 minutes before your turn comes. Has no drive thru.

I came today and I ordered a turkey sandwich, the lady who was prepping it was coughing and I told her to wear a mask, she denied and refused to wear the mask, I just ask her to make it again😢 the other guy didn’t say anything, the manager wasn’t there, the place look dirty.. honestly I was starving otherwise I just leave

Service is always slow, restaurant is very dirty. And today I went around 02:50 PM restaurant is saying they don't have steeped Tea. I can't understand how this Tim Hortons is functioning, would really hope a service or area manager can do an audit of this store, defiantly not upto Tim Hortons Brand standards.

Recently going there, noticed that the Morning Shift Supervisor being rude to other staffs. Noticing from 2-3 months.
I'm going to multiple Tim location and here food, service all are good, but this supervisor behavior is very rude to employees. If there is any issue, they can talk back room, here its openly and at front, all customers can see and listen. This is not a way to do.
I hope this issue will be sorted especially not on the front side.
Evening its okay was that supervisor lady will end shift by evening.
As i said, I'm been to multiple Tim location over the past few years and from all I have good experience, but here -ve vibe is getting.
I don't intend to post this as one time it may happen, but this is regular.
I hope Management will sort this.

I come here to grab coffe most likely everyday but the smell makes me almost cry there is homeless people that smells terrible
