This has got to be the worst Tim Hortons ever. The lady at the second checkout today (September 7, 2025 around 2:30 PM) kept talking to the others while I was ordering and then messed up my order because she wasn’t paying attention. She also came across very standoffish and rude. No greetings, no telling me how much my order is… I had to initiate the entire interaction and then had to tell her to give me the extra condiments as well. I don’t understand why they keep adding incompetent middle-aged ladies to their staff, most of whom can barely speak English and are very clearly new. Do they not train them properly? Don’t even get me started on the environment of this place. I hope they get inspected by the health department sooner than later because this entire place reeks of urine. A Tim Hortons where the smell of urine overpowers the smell of Coffee is absolutely insane. I’d give -10 stars if I could.
