Unfortunately I was greated by a cockroach this morning... I see a lot of reviews about the place being unclean! Now they have roaches. If there is one you know there is a lot more! I will never be back.

They fill up your tea cup halfway when my mom ordered a extra large steep tea double double and the management is so rude and when we brought it back, they said oh you dumped it when they’re just too lazy to fill it up

The place is really nice, with nice and friendly employees, even customers. The food is really good and coffee and ice caps were better than most of the other tim hortons. Greatly recommend this place.

I dont know why this place still open. Unorganized employees cant take proper order right. How do you confuse an english muffin to a freakin sausage wrap. It’s very annoying how they dont even know how to apologize for their mistakes. slow service too. If i could give this place a -0 i 1000% would. please to do not go to this place.

Fast service, clean,respectful employees. Every morning I do online order and it always my order ready.
If I could give it a negative number I would. Dirty store smells like piss cause when I walked in there was a street person pissing against the wall. You are imdeatley confronted by drug addicts begging for change outside the store and inside too. Don't go here unsafe conditions for kids and women. R. Chard
