So I was at the Tim Hortons. I tried to order something right they say oh no we can’t get that to you right so why can’t you do that short guy other guy comes it’s just dude I’ll just give you everything for free. OK great service you can’t say that to a customer but the free part I like. I I would go back there again, but the guy named Ali was so rude. Terrible customer service. Food is good. All the other workers are completely fine. That’s why I gave it a four and the atmosphere is for out of 10.

Every visit tells a story—this is how mine went.

I visited this Tim Hortons, it’s clean and well-maintained. The restaurant is well air-conditioned, with clean tables and plenty of seating. The staff were professional and friendly—special shoutout to jassi, who took my order with courtesy and a smile.

Overall, a great spot with a welcoming atmosphere—perfect for catching up over coffee.

Rude customer service, especially by the guy named Ali. I think he might be the manager. Also same with the asian lady that makes the food. I ordered a bowl, and this guy Ali entered it wrong and later blamed me that I told him I wanted a wrap. His attitude and tone was extremely arrogant. Growing up in Guildwood, this Timmies always had the best service and food. However, now their quality of service and food is ridiculous. The restaurant is dirty as well. Never coming back.

I had an issue with the Tim Hortons app, and Kritgya (the manager) was so helpful in fixing it for me. She was patient, kind, and made sure everything was resolved quickly. Excellent customer service.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. I went in, bought a black coffee, and was about to use the washroom when a female employee abruptly stopped me and said the washroom was closed. I politely asked how long it would take to reopen, and she just said, “It’s closed.” When I asked for clarification—especially since the store was still open and staff were working—she said she had to clean it and that the store would be closing in 30 minutes.

What made it worse was how unnecessarily confrontational and dismissive her attitude was. The way she responded felt rude and unprofessional. This entire situation could have been handled with basic courtesy, but instead I was made to feel unwelcome.

As a paying customer, I expect access to basic facilities like a washroom, and respectful treatment—neither of which I received. I will be registering a formal complaint with the appropriate authorities, as denying access to essential facilities can be a serious issue.

This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a Tim Hortons, and I sincerely hope management takes this seriously.

Probably the dirtiest and most run down Tim Hortons I have been too. Went on a Sunday around 6:30, only baked goods they had were cookies left over from the night before. Coffee was decent. Worker who served me seemed miserable and like she didn’t want to be there. The worst part was the atmosphere of this Tim’s though…only 1/3 of the ceiling lights turned on so the restaurant was very dark. The hall to the washroom basically in darkness. The bathroom itself filthy and it had just opened up. The booth cushion, town horribly with garbage stuck into it. Wouldn’t return. There seems to be no pride whatsoever in Tim’s anymore. This review will do nothing…someone will reply to contact customer care and then if you call them nothing is done and they don’t even so much as give you Tim’s points for your troubles so I have stopped bothering. Tim’s this location is a sad sad example and no one there cares.

Advertises that they are open til 9:00 pm. I was there at 735 pm and told sandwich counter is closed for the night, no bagels, no flatbreads, a couple of old donuts was the only thing available.
My elderly mother wanted a toasted bagel. She is in the seniors home around the corner. Nope not happening - had to drive to a 24 hr location at Markham and Lawrence to get her a bagel.
Not happy. Not going to Tim's again.

Very rude staff (women in mask) and worst customer service.

Very slow service. Not enough staff for the fact it was Guildwood garage sale and lots of patrons in store. Took over 20 minutes to get our food order. Food was cold. Coffee and tea moderately hot. No manager or supervisor on site. Same thing last year on garage sale day.

Woman in the morning plays games. If she likes you, she talks to you and puts your order ahead of others. Even if you order on line 20 minutes before arriving, if she likes yoi, it is ready. If not she doesn't start making it until you are at the pick up and asking for it. She is not a good representation of customer service at Tim Hortons. I live in the area, go there daily and am now fed up. I would go elsewhere. Complaints to customer service department goes nowhere.
