Jasin always does a great job she has memorized her customers orders and has them ready before you pay . She helps her whole team in the morning and makes things run smoothly!! Before she came on at this location I actually stop coming here because of the disfunction of the service and now this location is one of the best !!

Ordered a Sausage biscuit sandwich here an hour ago. The sandwich was DRY. The cheese was barely melted, the whole damn sandwich was COLD.

YOU GUYS SUCK.

There’s this one guy who is so rude after making a mistake of the orders and gets mad at customers for making the correction. This also applies to the rest of the workers who are so rude and never gives refunds but instead just gets mad. I went in today and I ordered two butter bagels plain heated not toasted and when I went out, it was not heated at all. The butter was not melted and I went to ask to heat it up but instead, the lady took it and checked and just threw it back at me. Her coworker started getting mad at me too and rolls her eyes. Very rude workers and poor food.

I got to this tims today noon to get a drink and food I got a steeped tea with sugar but i didn't taste any sugar inside. And for the food I got a crispy chicken wrap when I had it, it was cold when I asked a team member to heat it up properly next time she said that she had grilled it and it maybe because of a the sauce but the wrapped tortilla itself was cold. I didn't brought an argument but the member's attitude was rude she said yeah but we grill it. If it was grilled properly how come it's cold. Even I worked for tim hortons but there's no hospitality over here. As they don't know how to treat a guest. It will be my first and last time visiting this tim hortons. Terrible experience.

The baristas are obviously rotated here as I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years now. The overall atmosphere is good because of where it’s located. This morning, I ordered a bagel with a hash brown. He asked me what bagel I wanted and I said whatever is vegan. He proceeds to show me the bagel stating “I don’t know whatever that means, just pick one from there”. I choose sesame bagel. They toast mine and then tell me, hash brown will take 6 mins. I ask why didn’t you tell me that before billing. She then suggests she can just add lettuce and give me my bagel! Seriously? I say no. She leaves by toasted bagel and goes into the kitchen to find hashbrowns. I saw a note on the counter asking us to leave a Google review so I started clicking pics and writing this review. She storms out and says I am toasting a fresh bagel for you and when she hands it over screams and asks “why did u take pictures, you are not allowed to take pictures”. Why exactly is there a board that is asking us to leave a google review? The folks in line ask me to ignore the screaming Tim Hortons staff and just post my review. My bagel looked buttered so I asked if she added butter she could’ve confidently said no but she got mine back and rechecked the order and asked the guy who took my order and they both were so pissed stating no no we did not add it ‘cause you asked us not to! I said thank you and left!

It’s so sad that my beautiful peaceful community’s only Tim Hortons employs such rude staff. I wouldn’t mind travelling all the way elsewhere and paying extra for my coffee/bagel rather than encounter such rude staff. Human beings in the service industry have got to practice being compassionate else please do something else. Your energy is transferred to us with what you serve.
Please employ polite people. Don’t keep a board with a QR code asking us to review it on Google if you don’t want us to take pictures and post the truth.

This location is slow brutally slow.
Went in for a tea and by the time I left, my daughter had left home and attained her PhD. I had grown a giant wizard beard and missed 2 elections. The next morning I had a bowl of cereal and my face was on the milk carton as a missing person.

cozy but poorly maintained and starting to deteriorate. the location is ideal and the menu is just as full as any other location but it's just neglected for the area it's in, there's also no drive thru so there's no reason as to why it's in the condition it is.

Slow service and very rude staff. Unwilling to fix any mistakes. This happens to be my closest Tim's and they're awful to you if they screw up your order, even if it's not busy. Everything is rundown, and don't even try using the bathrooms. If you can pick another Tim's, go there instead.

This Tim’s is horrible, I showed up just after opening one morning and the doors were locked, lights off and I could see one person in the back prepping. I was outside waiting with a construction worker for a few minutes until we both decided to leave.

Another time we went with my daughter and they didn’t have any muffins on display so they grabbed one from the back and put it in the microwave until it was hot as the sun’s corona-so fresh. We had to wait like 20 minutes for it to cool and she was not happy.
