Chicken in just-about-$5 chicken craveable just wasn't right as it almost had a bite to it like "al dente" so, discreetly speaking to manager so as not to cause embarrassment for him or awkwardness for anybody else, l waited while he stared at the sandwich that had only one bite out of it so, l had to ask him myself what he was going to do about it and all he could say was to pick something else but not the other craveable because that's too much; no "sorry about that", no mention of a refund either, not even when l decided on just a plain toasted sesame seed bagel. Also, not speaking nicely with young employees.
Parking: Very limited spots for that location and very bad flow for entry and exit of drive-through, parking lot and lot itself for 3 different businesses.

I just wanted to express my appreciation for the kind and professional service that Felisa had given me when I came to pick up my mobile order. I ordered multiple items and accidentally dropped my box of flatbread on the floor and it all spilled out. Even though it was very busy, she was kind and understanding and made another one for me right away. It meant a lot to me. I offered to help clean up the floor with napkins, but she insisted the team take care of the cleanup. Your customer service is better than many restaurants and I believe it should be recognized. Thank you so much! Keep up the good work, customers feel the difference!
