Absolutely disgusting. The lady had so much attitude and I addressed it with her and she ignored and spoke to another team member in their language and then she handed me my cup the nozzle of my coffee inside the cup. Tim Hortons is not the same anymore. The customer service is not the same. The customer service is garbage. 🗑️ Truly disappointed.

I regret to say that the counter service at the Tim Hortons located at the corner of McCowan and Eglinton remains consistently poor. During my visit at 3 PM, despite having five or more staff members on duty, none of them acknowledged the growing queue of customers at the counter.
One of the drive-thru staff members kindly called for assistance, but the other employees continued to ignore the counter, avoiding eye contact with waiting customers. After waiting for some time without any service, I decided to leave and head to McDonald’s instead. I even mentioned to the people behind me how disappointing the service was.
It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review, as I am usually very patient and have visited this location multiple times, hoping for improvement. However, the counter service consistently falls short, making it seem like serving customers at the counter is too much of a task. Another customer also tried to get attention at a different counter but was similarly ignored. It’s truly a sad state of affairs.

The guy at the drive thru with the heavy Indian accent was extremely rude and argumentative. He needs training in customer service and basic courtesy, or alternately, another job.
I was famished and I had to drive in to grab a coffee; off course I demanded for my usual dd which brought me back to life because I never had a single time to since morning. My estimated waiting time was 70 seconds.
