I have noticed this issue many times before but chose not to leave a review. Today when I visited again, I was reminded that this has been happening regularly. Yesterday, I believe it was the manager and another team member who were talking in Gujarati while customers were waiting to place their orders. This is something I see almost every time I visit this location. Team members often talk among themselves instead of focusing on customers at the counter. When employees speak in another language during service, it can make customers feel ignored or uncomfortable, even if that is not their intention.

Worst customer service experience. One employee behaved in a racist and unwelcoming manner. The attitude was rude and made us feel uncomfortable. This place needs better staff training and respect for customers.

I always have a great experience at the location. The staff here are super friendly and efficient, even during the busy morning rush. My coffee is always fresh and made just the way I like it, and the food comes out hot and tasty.
