Ordered a simple coffee, was told to wait by a young man for someone else to make it, as he then went to deal with carrying supplies. But he didn't seem to communicate with his co-worlers, so no one got us our simple order after over 10 minutes.

i’m usually happy with the service here, but this morning was disappointing. my order was misheard, which is fine, but when i corrected it, the staff member reacted with a condescending tone and head shaking. it made the interaction uncomfortable, and i hope this can be addressed.
