This is the most disgusting deplorable filthy Tim Hortons have ever seen bathrooms with urine dried up urine new urine garbage all over the floor feces on the seats not clean management arguing saying they clean it regularly despite how old the dried up urine is all over the floor dried up paper towel and toilet paper all over the floor in the bathroom a management just stands and argues did they clean it all the time never go back there again
This Tim Hortons is usually clean and well maintained. The staff could use some customer serive training but otherwise, a good place.

We are regular customers and every morning we get tea from you guys through drive thru. But, from couple days you have been messing the order, today around 6:20am to be precise, specially the lady on drive thru she is so rude and she punches the right order and we make sure 2 time still she makes a mistake and upon confirming she will be like anything else. Today we made sure it is double double she said yes and later finding out it is black tea. I mean if you don’t like morning shift don’t do it please but don’t ruin and waste other people money. We had to stop at the further Tim Horton 2294 Kingston to buy another tea. I guess you guys need to bring the other lady back for better customer service before you guys get more bad reviews.

I come here every night with my family to sit and have a cup of coffee. I came in this evening oct 22nd at 1030. I walked to the counter and asked for one of the booths to be cleaned. Lavana turns around and says sit somewhere else. She and her male colleagues emphasized that they don’t clean tables they have cleaners that come in at 7am.
I then requested to get some napkins I cleaned the table myself. I proceed to go order she’s standing there not taking my order she waits for her colleague we wait about 5 min. She then has the audacity to look over her colleague and make a comment “haa she just asked for my name”.
Her behaviour and attitude is absolutely disgusting. She doesn't smile, she’s rude looks like someone is sticking somthing up her for her to stand here and force her self to work . Managment better check her because another customer who won’t have the patience for her will check her.

The Tim Hortons location is the worst among all in Canada. The staff is very rude, and the atmosphere is quite dirty. The manager does not care about customer requests.

I visited the Tim Hortons drive-thru on 19-10-2025 around 6:45 AM and had a very disappointing experience. I initially asked for a medium steeped tea, but the staff member first said they didn't sell it and then suddenly mentioned the machine was broken. I offered to place another order, but he seemed impatient.
I then requested a medium Iced Caramel Toffee Latte with oat milk and espresso cold foam. I repeated the order 2-3 times to ensure clarity, but he refused, saying he couldn't take the order and that I should leave. I found this behavior extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.
It's very upsetting to encounter this level of rudeness from someone whose job is to assist customers. After checking previous reviews, it seems this is not an isolated incident, which is concerning.
I have already emailed the head office and strongly request that the owner take strict action to address such behavior, as it creates a negative experience for loyal customers.
I hope Tim Hortons ensures proper training and accountability so that customers are treated with the respect they deserve.

This Tim Hortons is by far THE WORST the manager Ifty, is completely irresponsible and clearly does not manage the store properly. Staff are untrained, unprofessional, and constantly make mistakes with orders. This has been an ongoing problem for months with no improvement. What’s worse, the manager apparently encourages employees to fill out online surveys themselves, and I’ve even overheard staff talking negatively about customers in their own language. The store owner needs to take action replace the pathetic manager, retrain or review all employees, and actually oversee operations. Until serious changes are made, I would not recommend coming here. Terrible management and staff make this one of the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever visited.
