Asked for a steeped tea with some cream and they gave me a black coffee I was loud and clear clear about the order and the girl also repeated the order but I don't understand how can they serve a wrong drink .

A busy location with traffic indoors and in the drive through. An interesting place to put a Tims, sometimes holding up traffic as there is a specific turning lane from oncoming lanes. Inside, this time was clean and had people quietly doing their work. Sometimes there is a colorful set of individuals spread out that often make you feel a little questionable about dining in. Lots of seating, earlier in the morning is better than lunch time with regards to atmosphere.

On a cool, rainy morning, our outdoor plans changed and we decided on a TH visit instead. This is a new location for us but pleasantly surprised at the size of the restaurant with different types of seating options available. The location was clean; dining area and washrooms. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. A special shout-out to Loki on the order front.

I am writing to file a formal complaint about a deeply upsetting and unprofessional experience I had at one of your Tim Hortons locations.
When I walked in, I was simply trying to decide what to order. Before I could even finish making up my mind, the staff member behind the glass suddenly told me to come to the front. As I moved forward, she immediately began yelling at me. She raised her voice, cursed at me, and aggressively claimed that people were waiting in line—when in fact, there was no one behind me at that time. Only about three minutes later did someone finally walk in, but by then, the situation had already escalated.
Instead of calmly helping me place an order, she refused to take my order, slammed the glass window in my face, and told me she would call the police if I didn’t leave the line. I was completely shocked. When I asked her why she was treating me that way, she finally admitted it was because I was “taking too long.” If that was the issue, she could have just said that from the start instead of lying and blaming it on a non-existent lineup.
I was treated with blatant disrespect, lied to, yelled at, and publicly humiliated-all while trying to order a coffee and food. She refused to serve me, falsely threatened to call the police, and created an incredibly hostile environment. This was hands-down the worst experience I have ever had at a Tim Hortons. I left feeling degraded, angry, and honestly, unsafe.
I need someone from corporate or upper management to follow up with me regarding this incident. I also need to know what steps will be taken to address this staff member’s behavior and prevent this from happening to other customers.

Night shift women worker is so sleepy and tired. Speaks like she is about to passout anytime. Always gives me 25% less coffee. dated. AUG7 2025
They collect garbage at 4 am despite having residential houses right beside them.

Very grateful this location was open today! Lots of staff and all very efficient and friendly when we were there at lunch. It was extremely busy, both drive thru and inside. It was so nice to see the restaurant being swept, tables wiped, while we were there because as I say it was very busy. Well done!

This is BY FAR the best drive through experience ever!! Pawan and crew are amazing and funny and warm-hearted. They never get our orders wrong and as regulars, we feel so seen!! Our weird tea orders are always accommodated and we even get cute messages on our cup lids!!
